it's more fun than 2 dollars at a slot machine, for sure. and even if slot machines might pay out a few bucks they don't pay out 400 million. you could get half in cash if you win. 200 million, for 2 dollars.

In non shortage times, consoles would still have value due to cheapness and ease of use.
