I honestly didn't do all that much drawing until like 3rd grade, but yeah, I did go to school for art. I was having trouble deciding between English and art, but I decided to go with art since I was always so lazy about reading. I don't really feel like I learned THAT much from the art classes, but I made a lot of good friends, and I did learn a lot just from working closely with my peers and observing.

Actually, I am pretty sure they were is Boston, as that's the first time I was urged to give them a shot.
I was in Allston-Brighton and it was my friends roommate. ((I wonder whatever happened to here sometimes, she was cool))

Still, though it has been great to discover them now.

But ya, I would suggest taking the trip, but I would go chronologically.
Their first album is simple but does have some bangers, and then it all takes off from there.
Also, if you love sad and depressing songs, that's a plus.
And you play guitar and there is some interesting guitar work along the way until they change things up.

Ya dude go for it. It's been a blast getting to know a new band like that for the first time in forever.

Winters are SO long here too, even if this one has been extremely mild considering. I like spring and fall, because I can still layer without wearing the same heavy coat over everything everyday.

Oh God, next week is supposed to be a relief.

Near Christmas, she was looking for a bottle that had some kind of cat for her friend.
...Long story short, it came out that we are both cat people.

There is no real conversation per se, but we are becoming comfortable with each other.
~You never know.

Oh, and Merlot, because she always gets herself the same wine.

Hehe, I actually noticed that about your weather, I've gone full nerd addiction to that Live on Patrol stream. Like I just about know where they're at when I see Leo's Chow Mein. >_>

It's really not so much like walking a dog.
I carry him out until we get to a safe place. Then we chill, if we can, or I let him roam.
It's never more than one or two houses over from me.
Though I did use to play low-key hide and seek with my Maine Coone back in the day, in the graveyard by me. All of this at night of course.

Do it! My favorite tree used to be this weeping willow that my grandparents had. When I was still really little, I could swing on the branches without them immediately breaking. It was a nice climbing tree too; I loved it.

It's not necessarily my favorite tree in town, but I think I might be able to find a google street image of a willow that my grandfather probably didn't plant, but let live.
There are other trees there that I can attribute to him for sure though.

Anyway, this is one of my contenders for favorite trees in town.
It's not the greatest picture of the tree though.
But it does give scale. It was certainly here before the town was founded.....by Europeans.
The Natives actually used this place as a hot spot due to the Spring Water.

It's an Oak. It would probably take about four people to join hands around it.

No, he chills in my arms, until he's had enough.
Then I let him down. This time he checked out a house across the street.
I just go back inside and pray he finds his way home. I assume his nose, and my wind chimes help.

And no, that tree didn't have a name, but it has siblings. One came down during Hurricane Irene.
Really that old house has been lucky.

There once was a tree out in front my house that certainly dated back before this City, and maybe Salem was founded. But my father got it removed. It was actually, a Walnut Tree, and people used to stop and harvest the Walnuts. That thing was native and I miss it.

Did I ever post a pic of one of my favorite local trees? I do have one.
