I've been saving up lately, so I'm going to do some h-production during the rate event and see if I can get a 5* shotgun or Negev. I've been too timid to blow resources on it normally. Honestly, my MP5 is almost Lv90, so even if I got one, I'd just keep it to complete a core-less upgrade.

As far as 5* equipment goes, I kinda want an armored shotgun vest. I could at least put it on Eyepatch.

Only shotguns are considered Heavy Production?

You can only get shotguns from heavy production (besides the achievement-related one) but there are other guns available, too. Heavy production removes all 2* results, though.

I'm okay with not winning resources from maps, but for goodness' sake: do we need to send units into battle with zero ammo/rations? Not hemorrhaging resources at every turn would be a great reward. At least dummy-linking a unit refills its health and stuff...yay.

IIRC, you can just save before Delvin gives the generic quest, then reload if it's not in the hold you wanted. Not sure if there are any repercussions for taking jobs, then quitting them repeatedly. The good news is some of those specific quests are kinda fun, though they're not ES4-tier thiefy enjoyment.
