I think the game will have to significantly change as you get higher level to retain people because right now the gameplay is ultra boring.

You know what makes me suspect of GameStop's Hidden Fates supply running out? Finally got around to opening all my boxes now I feel COVID free and am out of my 14 day coronatine. Every single box came with 1 of each type of tin. So they sold out but just happened to be able to distribute every box evenly? Mine definitely weren't packed at the same time either as they came in different size boxes and arrived at different times. And 12 boxes seems a relative large sample size given last time I ordered less boxes and got a mish mash in every box

I half wonder if someone at Gamestop themselves realized they could sell for more outside the norm given how they jack up old game prices when demand runs dry too.

I feel like the avoiding Celadon / using Pokedoll is a glitch rather than what you are supposed to do and no way would anyone do it without prior knowledge of the glitch existing.

Dupes work like Granblue Fantasy (and most games). Use a dupe to limit break the original. So guess I'll keep that roll.

So 11 minutes of rerolling and that's when I started this post.It's where I'm probably stopping.

In those 11 minutes, notable rerolls I got:

1 roll with 1 Class unlock only
3 rolls with 1 Class unlock + 1 SR (best had 4 S's with it too)
1 roll with 2 Class unlocks + 1 SR (plus 2 S)

I am probably taking the 2 class unlock reroll. I would have without hesitation except the 2 class unlocks are duplicates so really it's more like a 1 class unlock + 2 SR roll. I'm looking up what dupes do first before deciding.

Screw it, I'll keep trying for science just to see how miserable it is to get a better starting account than that. If I don't get anything in 20 minutes I'll just take a similar start

You got pretty lucky, the pull rate on the class SRs is pretty low, below 1%.

The missus started an account and was able to get the same result in about 20 rerolls but that was her first roll with a class unlock on it.

I don't think it would be too hard to get a 2 SR account with at least 1 class because it seems you are guaranteed 1 SR per pull. Getting 3 SRs with a class unlock or trying to get 2 class unlocks is probably where it gets to be a pain. So I'd say at a minimum people should aim for 1 Class Unlock and 1 SR as it shouldn't take longer than 5-10 minutes.

Is it really that hard to reroll a good starting roll? It lets you reroll immediately by hitting summon another grimoire and it took me 4 rerolls to get 2 SR's with 1 of them being a class unlock.

I'm asking because I have no problem to keep going to try get better but maybe I got stupidly lucky from the get go.

Someone posted this beginner's guide. Seems there isn't really a tier list so just reroll for 2-3 SS/SR and one that unlocks a job? Not started playing yet myself but will later.

Me and the missus have an appointment for a COVID test this morning. We have an email confirmation. We arrive at the testing site and after circling for 20 minutes we can't find it. It's like it isn't there. We talk to a Walmart employee nearby and they say it closed down a while ago.

Well it would have been fucking nice to maybe let people who had appointments know this? We booked our appointment 12 days ago and my missus needs the test to be able to go back to work.

Keep in mind cases in this county are still rising every day so why they would close a testing site is beyond me

It's funny seeing the disparity in opinion between Pats fans and everyone else. You say it's nothing whilst I see non-Pats fans saying you got away with a slap on the wrists.

I actually didn't remember what had happened originally until I saw people on Twitter talking about it. I wouldn't say it was over nothing but I also think the penalty is about fair too.

When I had a tire puncture and had to get it replaced in maybe March? It was like $220. I have insurance that fully covers any tire replacement due to damage but the insurance is a pain in the ass to deal with so I just paid for it and didn't bother trying to get reimbursed.

There's no way the Florida numbers are anywhere close to accurate given how impossible it is to get tested. It's going to be significantly higher. Other than my own experience, heard from plenty of people who have tried to get tested multiple times only to be turned away after multiple hours of queueing.

Also today was the first day I would say I felt symptom free. Well kinda. I had a bit of a blocked nose / mucusy throat but that's it. I can force a little bit of chest pain by breathing deep and hard which I assume is just it still being inflammed. Today is the 11th day after my initial symptoms showed up.

Probably 2016 when my last marriage was falling apart whilst I was getting fucked over by work and also had to deal with a family death and wasn't able to go home for the funeral. The first 6 months of 2016 were horrendous for me.

I didn't think it was really a discount when the last sold were $280-300. I figured the people who had them listed at $350-400 were just overpriced, especially when you could buy 12 tins for that price range.

If the guy who bought my 12 tins doesn't pay within 2 days, I'm canceling his order. He's the only person I've had who hasn't instantly paid and prices still seem to be increasing.

I listed 36 boosters for $315. Last sold was for $280-300 and everyone else has them listed at $350+ so figured it was worth throwing them up.

I listed them at 8:52pm. They sold at 11:34pm

I've actually noticed a few auctions recently where people are selling empty tins. They aren't getting tons for them and some are including the GX cards too but they are certainly getting enough to warrant selling them as long as you charge shipping.

Quick search shows these selling in the past few days

25 empty tins for $35 (plus $15 shipping)
30 empty tins plus 26 GX cards for $47 (plus $28 shipping)
9 empty tins for best offer (listed at $35. Not sure why ebay won't tell you best offer accepted price)

I'd imagine best bet is to just list them as an Auction with shipping charged and whatever they sell for, they sell for.

Alternatively I've seen people bundle the tins in with other sales as a container for them. Depending on the item that makes shipping harder though.

I'm in an awkward position with selling though. Seems that now mine up for $375 for 12 are the cheapest ones. Others seems to now to be in the $390-450 range (and selling for that). I'm also seeing 36 booster packs selling for $300 and others listed for $350. I have offers of $365 on the table now but I'm tempted to pull the auction and wait since prices seem to keep trending upwards and tins seem to be sold out everywhere.

Even at $300-310 for 36 boosters, that is vastly more profit than $375 for 12 tins. It's more on a per pack basis and it's significantly easier/cheaper to ship 36 boosters than 12 tins.

Edit: Nevermind. It sold so can't pull.

If she wants to know and wants to go at 4am and wait 5 hours (or a different time), I'd go with her. My desire to personally know certainly isn't strong enough where I would do that for myself though.

What's the benefit of knowing at this point? It takes 6 business days to get the result back. So I'd basically be getting tested for the chance it comes back negative so I can exit quarantine a week earlier? Even if it did come back negative I'd probably finish up the quarantine anyway just in case the test was wrong.

Tried. It's virtually impossible.

Missus tried to get tested at a hospital the other night when she took a friend to get checked out. They wouldn't test either of them even though one of them was displaying symptoms. Told them to go to a testing site.

Tried a testing site today. It's a 5 hour wait and the people at the start actually advised us to turn around. Asked them if there was a better time to come. They said it's a 5 hour wait regardless because people start queueing at 4am and they don't open until 9am. Keep in mind that it's 12 when we turned up, they're supposed to close at 5 but closed at 347 when we tried a few days back

It's on the list from what I can see

It used to be zero for the longest time. From the point of my lung surgery in 2007 until late 2018 I never got sick.

In late 2018 I got some sort of bug that messed me up with flu like symptoms for a day. My missus was sick with the same thing for a week though (I actually caught it after she had already been sick for days and recovered before her). I didn't take a sick day for it though as this happened on a Friday night.

In 2019 I got food poisoning (Thanks Speedway!) and had to miss a day of work for it (would have been 2 days but it crossed over into the weekend). This was super bad and I thought I may have to go to hospital as I was throwing up black chunks of blood.

And right now I am pretty certain I have COVID so if I wasn't on furlough, I'd be off work anyway.

So my symptoms have mostly subsided and I feel confident it is COVID as one of my fiancee's friends who visited her at my house on Saturday started displaying symptoms yesterday. Different symptoms to me but still symptoms on the COVID checklist (Heavy breathing, shortness of breath, nausea, faintness, dry mouth, diarrhea). I had minimal interaction with her friend and actually left the house like 5 minutes after they arrived.

This is a rundown of what my symptoms were:

Day 1 Evening - Muscle/Joint Ache in the ankles only

Day 2 Morning - Sore Throat, Dry Cough, Muscle/Joint Ache all over
Day 2 Evening - All above plus Headache, Tiredness

Day 3 Morning - All above. Fever, Chills, infrequent difficulty breathing. Muscle / Joint pain now extremely severe
Day 3 Evening - All symptoms still present but pain less severe. Granted I had been chugging advil.

Day 4 Morning - All symptoms present but reduced in severity. Mild chest pain on both sides of ribcage.
Day 4 Evening - Only chest pain, dry cough and a bit of congestion present (I wouldn't say I was congested prior to this)

Day 5 Morning (that's now) - Mild congestion, mild chest pain (but comes and goes), bruised feeling (no brusing present) on both sides of ribcage and pelvis area, mild pain just below shoulder joints (front not back), neck ache and headache (behind the ears). I feel like the latter 3 may be from sleeping on a camping bed whilst tossing and turning all night.

I didn't realize I was sick until Day 2. I just added 2+2 together when I realized I had ankle pain the previous day.

I'd also say that throughout this I have been chugging tons of liquids but my body has been reacting like I have been dehydrated. Rarely needed to go the bathroom and when I did, it was the start of the dehydration color point on a 'pee chart'.

My pulse (57 BPM resting), Oxygen saturation (99%) and temperature (97.7) were all normal when tested but we only took them for the first time at around 4pm yesterday.

With the Mewtwo and Mystery Boxes stuff, I don't know.

When I googled the Mystery Boxes in store, they were selling every day on ebay for above the price I could get them for in Walmart. Mine still have not sold though and sales seem to have dropped since I picked them up.

Mewtwo Tag Team stuff seems to sell for $40 or so and is $25 in store. I have only ever seen those tins once in all the stores I've been in though and I bought them all except for the one tin that was damaged. The other tag team stuff doesn't seem to sell for the same price so must just be the Mewtwo stuff is rarer or more sought after.

I have no idea where I contracted it. I did have a best guess but considering none of the other people who were with me are showing any symptoms, it likely wasn't that. Kicker is I always wear a mask everywhere (I actually carry 3 in my car to ensure the mask I use is clean) and I religiously wash my hands when I get back to the car after being out in public. I am sure going around lots of Walmarts and Targets didn't help even if I took the correct precautions.

I was going to get tested but not sure now. My symptoms have mostly subsided and I am almost certain it is COVID so I am not sure what a positive test would do for me at this point. My missus will likely get tested as she is showing no symptoms but obviously shares a house with me. I have been sleeping separate to her during this but she's still been around me to look after me. If she goes, I'll probably just go along too since it's a drivethrough place.

Which is something you should be doing Emerald. Don't know how you manage to show so much restraint, I would be full on warmongering all the time.

The issue I'm going to have is I can't really sell anything for 2 weeks. I'm fairly (like 99%) certain I currently have COVID. So I don't want to handle any goods even if the risk is minimal. The 2 things I had that sold in the 3 days I've been showing symptoms, I'm having my missus handle but even that I don't feel great about as even if she isn't showing symptoms there's a chance she has it too.

All my newest Hidden Fates stuff is actually still in the boxes so I don't even know how much they have screwed me on variation. If it's anything like the past, probably 20+ Raichu Tins, 10 Gyarados and like 3 Charizard

All my tins arrived so I now have 64 tins of Hidden Fates in my house.

Then there's all the Shining Legends stuff and misc stuff like Mewtwo Tag Team tins and Mystery Boxes that I have.

I probably have like $2500-3000 worth of pokemon cards in the house

Trust me when I tell you, you do not want this. I was never concerned about getting it because I figured I'd be asymptomatic or mild symptoms at worse. That has not been the case at all. Yesterday morning when I woke up, I was in so much pain that all I could do is curl up in the fetal position which combined with the other symptoms caused me to have breathing difficulties as I think I had a panic attack.

I've basically shuffled between a camping bed and the sofa for the last 3 days. All my symptoms are still present today but aren't as bad as yesterday. I have now developed chest pains in the sides of my ribcage. I'm familiar with this type of pain as it is similar to the pain from when I had multiple pneumothoraxes when I was younger (which eventually resulted in double lung surgery / pleurodesis as a preventative). So I have to assume that is the virus attacking my lungs.

My biggest concern is actually my old deaf cat who absolutely adores me. She never leaves the bedroom but constantly looks for me all day in there when she's awake and will cry for me. And I can't go see her because I'm terrified she will get it and at her age it would likely be fatal. My other 3 cats and dog are all young enough where I obviously don't want them to get it but I don't think it would be fatal.

She had shortness of breath yesterday morning but may not necessarily be COVID as she has mad allergies and so has breathing issues from time to time anyway.

Testing site was closed when I got there so will have to go back tomorrow. I assume they ran out of tests

The missus is taking me to a drive through test site later. I've been asleep since my earlier post and feel better now than I did earlier but might just be the meds. Still feel bad but not deathly sick like this morning

Funny you ask that as my missus just asked the same question at the same time as you posted. Smell is still unaffected.

The fever and the pains are the worst. I think that my breathing is largely unaffected most of the time is a positive. If breathing starts being an issue outside the occasional cough, I'm immediately going to get tested.

Because I took a questionnaire and it told me to self isolate unless certain symptoms developed. I assume it's to prevent me potentially spreading it to others when going to go get tested?

I think I either have a really bad bout of the Flu or I have COVID. I have a sore throat, dry cough, fever, headaches and muscle/joint aches. These started developing yesterday morning but have gotten progressively worse. If it gets any worse, I'm getting tested.

I am not exaggerating when I say I have never felt as severe muscle/joint pain as this.

I'm in Florida so it's definitely somewhere that numbers have been rising.

I think he's saying that when he looks at that view, the luxury resources don't show up and he wants to know how you get them to show up

SE, the pull rates in HF are basically double your money. Just a heads up. It's not like regular packs. There is one spot in the pull that can be a reverse holo, or one of 94 shiny vault cards.

But how easy is it to sell them individually? $180 worth of sealed product sells for about $350. So talking about $50 difference but is that going to get eroded away by bad luck / not being able to sell them / postage costs?

Losing to the Bengals is promptly an apt end for my push. Probably going to have my best season on offense and finish 8-8.

This offseason is going to be a headscratcher as I'm no longer sure what direction I can go to improve things. Offense is performing better than expected so will probably regress next season and I'm not sure where to even look at improving the defense.

Yeah, will be interesting to see if they get more stock or not from this point as this is the only time I've seen them run out of stock.

It could also just be a move on their part where they say they are out of stock because too many were getting sold at 25% off and then once the sale is over they come back in stock. I've seen them do that before with other items. They notably did it with high end Switch games when they did their B2G2 offer where everything worthwhile was out of stock and then miraculously back in stock the moment the sale ended.

Either way, I think I need to look into getting cards from distributors. Not just Pokemon cards but others too. Relying on getting things from Gamestop, Walmart and Target is probably not a good strategy for the long haul. Basketball cards are in so much higher demand than Pokemon cards. I got 3 offers on a Basketball listing within 10 minutes of listing it. I assume the same applies for other sports cards too.
