So what happens if you do not have the picks required for RFA? I assume it just doesn't let you bid for that player rather than doing something else right? I know I don't have a 1st (not that I've ever offered a 1st in RFA) so just pre-empting really

I'd only be looking to move 1-2 of my Guards/Tackles and 1 of my DE's. Mainly looking for draft picks or WR's

I'm still on the fence about evacuating. Probably make a decision tomorrow evening and if so I'd be driving to Tennessee.
