| Shaduln 09/13/17 10:49:45 AM #1 | Long story short, in the last couple of years I put on quite a few pounds due to stress and poor choices of diet. At my heaviest I hit 275 and I said enough. Since then I've been fluctuating, but never really lsoing the weight I wanted to. So now I'm tracking my calories consumed and burned with my fitbit device and app. I'm going to track my daily weight and in/out (with a goal of a 1000 calorie deficit currently). My interim goal is to get back to 250, though 200 is the end goal. It's been an adjustment to measure and weigh all the food I'll be consuming, but I think just having that so I'm really thinking about what I'm eating and drinking will make a world of difference. Monday 9/11 Weight: 270 In: 2015 Out: 3046 Deficit: 1031 Tuesday 9/12 Weight: 269 In: 2561 Out: 3630 Deficit: 1069 Wednesday 9/13 Weight: 267.6 --- Emperor of Board 8 Peaceful days are over.
