Trial day 2 for 2-3 and it's great, but lol is this the shallowest cause of a summation session yet.

The defense has just accused a highly respected coroner of being accomplice to a murder with the only thing backing his argument of a body double up being a waxwork with a mask on that looks nothing like the victim. Pretty understandable they'd have enough and want to end the trial right there and then.

Also, I just realized that van Zieks has the same VA as Estinien from FFXIV.

Now into 2-5. This game is easily among the best in the series.

The tricky thing is how to judge it and GAA1, since in some ways the two should be considered together. Combined it'll probably end up in behind AA3 and AA6, but by itself GAA2 is probably second only to AA3 in my books.

Yeah, Nidhogg being vengeance incarnate worked for the story. My minor quibble is with Thordan being pretty lame and Lahabrea being completely wasted. What happened with Lahabrea is even more of a bummer after Shadowbringers.

The legitimate knock against HW is that its villains were incredibly weak.

Depends on if you're doing in sync'd (at level) or unsync'd (using Undersized Party option).

If synced, then probably a fair bit of time depending on how long it takes your party to grasp mechanics.

If unsynced, then about 5 minutes as level 80s shred each boss.

I figured out why Summoner makes me uncomfortable now.

In small scale content, I see my boy and I see what he's doing, I know he's a slow asshole but at least I can see him.

In the large scale content I cannot see my boy and I do not trust trust him. I know he is probably doing what he is supposed to be doing but I have NO FAITH.

Alphinaud tends to be the most jarring because you hear the change immediately and his HW VA is noticeably different from his ARR one.

(This would also extend to Tataru, but from I can see she is barely voiced in ARR so the shift doesn't feel as drastic)

The problem with Paladin is everything that makes its rotation fun is 71-80. Doing synced content is pain.

At the very least make Intervene like a level 50-ish skill

A lot of jobs feel real bad to play in 50ish content. They really could stand to move of a lot of skills earlier so jobs have a more fun rotation early on, rather than spreading it out to the later levels.

Finally got my e12s mount.

You can survive towers in e9, reliably clear before voidgate 2 in 10, and easily skip at least two cycles in 11.

Still had a 10 run that lasted past the final Umbral Orbs and might have also seen one of the AoEs before enrage.

Echo can't save extreme incompetence in PF.

"Field Notes on Dyunbu have been added to the possible rewards for completion of the skirmishes "Brought to Heal" and "No Camping Allowed."

Oh thank god. Freaking Dyunbu's notes will be less of a pain in the ass to get.

Holy smokes, doing Delubrum in a PF that requests proper essences + actions is amazing.

A blazing fast 20 minute run. Highly recommended you hop into a tryhard run if you're gonna grind out DRs for the relic.
