It is worth noting that the ChinaIraq relations have advanced in recent years.

China-Iraq energy cooperation has been the cornerstone of their bilateral relationship since 1981, when the China Petroleum Engineering and Construction Corporation started operations in the country.

Chinese companies today are involved in upstream, midstream, and downstream operations in Iraq.

On the other hand, Iraq is one of the top suppliers of crude oil to China.

China had vehemently opposed the 2003 Iraq War and had called for a withdrawal of all forces from the country.

Last year, Iraq became a top recipient of Chinese investment and a critical link in Beijings Belt and Road initiative. Almost 20 years after the war in Iraq began, billions of Chinese yuan are being invested in assorted projects, from green energy capabilities and heavy oil plants to building roads and schools.

Fudan Universitys Center for Green Finance and Development in Shanghai reported that in 2021, Iraq received $10.5 billion in investment under the Belt and Road infrastructure initiative.

Iraq has become the third-biggest Belt and Road partner in energy engagement, after Russia and Pakistan.

You've already experienced the best TWD has to offer. Season 6 is good but it only gets worse.

Personally I think 8-10 are good, with 9 and 10 being basically on par with the best seasons of the show. I didnt like 6 or 7 though.

I didn't say it should be done because it's precedent. I was responding to the other poster saying this would establish a precedent. Obviously it should continue to be done because if you commit a felony, you are culpable for the terrible situation you have created. Any life that is lost is lost because of what you have done. Nah, Im sure there are situations where applying this law makes sense but using it to absolve someone for being so mind-bogglingly reckless with their firearm that they accidentally killed their coworker is not one of them.

It bugs me that pot has had to prove itself 100x harder than alcohol or tobacco ever did yet both are completely legal for recreational use when both are just as bad if not worse

Also has always made research on cannabis much more difficult, as well as other illegal substances like psilocybin and LSD which theyre now proving can be super effective in quitting addictions, treating depression, etc.

Prosecutors revealed new details on the tragic killings of three children in Round Lake Beach this week, alleging their father drowned them before leaving a note for their mother to find.

During a bond court hearing Wednesday, prosecutors alleged 35-year-old Jason Karels drowned the children - ages 5, 3 and 2 - individually in a bathtub before leaving their bodies on a bed in the home.

Also left at the scene was a note that read "If I can't have them, neither can you," prosecutors said in court.

Karels was ordered held on a $10 million bond Wednesday morning.

"This is a devastating case for our community, and we are resolved to achieve justice for these three innocent children," Lake County States Attorney Eric Rinehart said in a statement.

Police said they were called to the residence just after 1 p.m. after the mother of the children discovered the children inside as she came to pick them up after a weekend with her estranged husband.

What they saw yesterday is something that no one should have to see, Police Chief Gilbert Rivera said.

The Lake County Coroner said the initial cause of death was ruled as drowning.

Karels had fled the scene and an alert was put out for his vehicle, authorities said.

Police ultimately found him and pursued him for nearly 20 minutes, finally capturing him after he crashed his vehicle on Interstate 80.

Officers say that Karels admitted to them that he had killed the three children, and said he had tried to take his own life.

He was taken to an area hospital after the crash, and was booked into the Lake County jail on Tuesday.

Meanwhile, a family member says that they are in shock over the deaths of the three children, identified as Bryant, Cassidy and Gideon Karels.

That family member told NBC 5 that the childrens mother dropped them off at the home for the weekend, and that she could have never imagined it would be the last time she would see them alive.

A GoFundMe page has been set up to support the mother and the extended family of the children, including raising money for funeral costs.

Ok were pretty bad with our food safety and will eat stuff left out overnight but 2 days jeez thats a little much lol idk if I could put food like dat in my mouth, Id be gaggin.
