I don't mind retiring a character to honor a late actor, even though it's an unnecessary decision despite its good intentions.

Boseman did an excellent job, but there really is no reason for him to be the only Black Panther. He wasn't literally Black Panther; he was Chadwick Boseman playing as Black Panther. Other people can do their own spin on the character.

If anything, I'd just agree with not recasting him anytime soon, as Boseman's Black Panther is still so fresh in people's minds. You still shouldn't title a movie "Black Panther" without fucking Black Panther, though; we need that Killmonger spinoff.
