Confessions had a lot of great songs, but there were still a decent number of weak ones; album is good, not great, at best. Then he fell off for good with Here I Stand and has mostly been irrelevant ever since. I didn't even bother with his last album at all. Still, Chris Brown is more of a generic pop singer. That much should be obvious, since he debuted about a decade later. Plus, Graffiti and Fortune are noticeably garbage albums; Usher never sank lower than being mediocre. --- FAM FOREVER. |

Boy bands are fun to listen to, but most of their music is objectively bad; it's usually repetitive dance-pop songs or cheesy ballads that only teenyboppers would legitimately enjoy. People outside of that demographic mainly listen to them when they want to go down memory lane; "Hey, remember this group? My sister was soooo into them!" I think NSYNC had a few truly good songs, though. "Girlfriend" (produced by The Neptunes) and "Gone" (originally intended for Michael Jackson) are fine R&B tunes that set the direction JT would take for his solo career. --- FAM FOREVER. |
