Confessions had a lot of great songs, but there were still a decent number of weak ones; album is good, not great, at best. Then he fell off for good with Here I Stand and has mostly been irrelevant ever since. I didn't even bother with his last album at all. Still, Chris Brown is more of a generic pop singer. That much should be obvious, since he debuted about a decade later.
