Just know, this lack of sleep is very common. There's nothing wrong with you guys being protective and wanting to hold the baby constantly and make sure nothing happens. We were insanely protective of our first to the point if my wife was the only one home and she had to go to the bathroom, she'd hold it until someone else was nearby.

It's hard being a parent. You're doing a great job. You're just going to be really tired for a while.

It took my wife and I a long time to give in and let our first baby cry herself to sleep one night. We had a video monitor and she cried for like an hour. My wife may have cried for longer than that. It was absolute torture.

Re: Builders Solution and Conflex
Basically SW is in a bind right now. The storm in Texas basically fucked our supply chain and we're making paint as fast as we can and sending it to stores. You being in Texas means you're even more affected than the rest of the country (who is dealing with it as well).
Builders Solution is really crappy paint to where some stores don't even carry it since it's always sold under cost. Since we barely make money off of it the company is going to focus on paint that makes them more.
It's shitty for people who use cheaper paint, but yeah

Conflex is an elastomeric so it takes more resins than traditional acrylic paint does. Thus they're not making any right now since for every pail of Conflex they can make 3 or 4 pails of Superpaint.
Plus Conflex is so thick you need twice as much anyway

It's a really crappy situation and I don't know the best way for the company to keep profits up and keep customers happy

My work shirts don't have the "cover the Earth" logo on them but I have a couple sweaters that do.
And yeah, they don't close stores until they start to lose money and traffic. There are stores in my district that have been there for 40+ years

What he's saying about the supply chain affected the entire paint industry. 2 of the biggest raw material plants for paint were in Texas and froze over, destroying the entire crop. So now everyone is scrambling. SW it prob worse off than anyone because they have 2 million stores. They're basically the 7-11 of paint stores. When you're trying to pull limited products for that many stores, it gets very difficult.

That's definitely not Lady Loki. Lady Loki is supposed to be Sif's body in the comics. I know that means very little, but still.

Credit spoilers list her as Sylvie, which is the second Enchantress. Everything seems to be culminating in Multiverse of Madness, and her magic is green, like Wanda's red, Agatha's purple and Strange's orange.

I'm curious to see how it plays out. But I'd also want to know why the TVA was absolutely convinced it was a Loki when it isn't. I guess they could try and explain it away as it just seemed "Loki'ish" and Loki has one of the largest variant numbers ever.

The funny part to me about this is nobody cried when record homeruns were being hit the last 3 years, and nobody cared about what the pitchers said about the ball. Now the ball changes to favor the pitchers on top of the stuff they were already using so the hitters are crying and all hell breaks loose. Manfred creating the problem and punishing the players for it as usual.

I haven't seen a lot of hitters crying about it. I've actually seen hitters saying they were fine with it if it gave the pitchers more grip and less chance of being hit.

Bauer was trying to alert MLB about this years ago. Manfred is an utter joke. The media gets a hold of it and suddenly he has to make a move. I cannot stand him. By far worst commissioner in any sport.

More responsibility. Less time with my kids. 10 cents more an hour. No more afternoons or evenings off. Have to have open availability.

But it comes with the title of Lead Supervisor. Take it or leave it? Note its $16.00 an hour. I know. I know. You all make $30 an hour and are attorneys and programmers etc. I however live in Indiana where nobody cares about us and our minimum wage is still $7.25

That's tough for me because you said less time with your kids. It doesn't seem worth it to me unless there's good potential for moving up by proving yourself in this position, and if that is more lucrative.

As I get older I find that losing out on time with my kids is getting tougher and tougher for me to be okay with.

Also, open availability and nights and weekends are tough with kids which is one of the main reasons I haven't left my job (I work 7-5 M-F and every other Saturday 8-12).

For .10 more, for me, I would probably decline giving what you've said. That basically amounts to $208 before taxes if you work all 40 hour work weeks.

I was conservative until I actually started caring about politics and realized conservative policies dont have a place in any modern society.

This is somewhat similar to my experience. Dad is extreme Republican but Mom's side is Democrat. When I was young I leaned my father's way. After I got out of high school I began thinking for myself and following things that affected me and my friends and family more closely. That and things that objectively seemed morally more aligned with my views.

Suffice to say, I am strongly against the majority of conservative "policies" now.

I think it has a place in many people's hearts due to nostalgia.. But it's really not that good

@ScarfForLife

Yep, just beat this game this weekend and disliked about 75% of it.

It's glitchy and unplayable at times. I got stuck multiple times just in walls or in sections I couldn't get out of and even if I switched to that character they couldn't move, so I had to reset.

The constant falling behind of characters and getting stuck behind stuff to where I have to double back is infuriatingly frustrating.

The map is really convoluted trying to fly on Flammie. I had to google "Secret of Mana map" because of how difficult it is to see where you're going on their version of the "map".

Then, because I was so fed up with the game, I stopped grinding and wanted to just finish and got to the end guy only to discover I couldn't beat him without my sword being level 8. It was 7. So I had to reset and grind because I was determined to beat it.

All in all, not an enjoyable experience/game. There are soooooo many better SNES games. I will never play this game again. And it's made me wary to play Trials of Mana which I got with the collection.
