In case anyone wants to know more about the behind the scenes chaos of The Guy Game, according to some articles (I have a screenshot of an article below from Gaming History 101) the girl who was allegedly 17 presented a fake ID saying she was 21 (and she says that she was 21 in the game and her bio in the game even says that she is 21). While she claims she was drunk when she signed the consent form, there is video evidence in the game (from censored Youtube videos I have seen in the past) that shows that she was NOT drunk on stage and was sober when signing the form and when presenting her fake ID when asked, and her fake ID said that she was 21 years of age (which was a lie. In case anyone is wondering, the quality of fake IDs has a wide range. Some fake IDs are very obvious, but other fake IDs look extremely real and are almost impossible to tell if they are fake or not. To be fair, the Guy Game crew should have seriously asked for ID and also an additional form of identification like a passport or birth certificate or something. This is something professional adult film studios do. They fucked up in a huge way with that. Can't go only by IDs since even high quality fake IDs can fake their info when electronically swiped by a ID checking machine). From censored Youtube footage, when she shows up in the game answering the questions, she's definitely sober. Now, is the game OFFICIALLY illegal? Well, here is the thing... A judge ordered the game to be removed from ALL stores. However, the game continued to be circulated around used stores and online in used game places. It strongly appears that everything was settled out of court. In other words, it might have NEVER been declared officially illegal (probably because it's called into question whether she was 17 or 18 on the day of filming. She was allegedly 17 when signing the consent form, but she was very close to her 18th birthday and she may have possibly have been 18 when she filmed her scenes during the Guy Game). HOWEVER... She might have only been 17 during the filming and only a few weeks away from her 18th birthday. The entire thing is debatable and it's impossible to know the real answer because once again, everything was settled out of court. With that said, while the game is NOT officially illegal, you can still POSSIBLY get into legal trouble and it can be found to be illegal if a new court trial happens and you can end up in serious legal shit. MAYBE. And again, she may have been 18 on the day of filming, but because everything was settled out of court, no one is 100% certain. No one knows 100% if she really was 17 or 18 on the day of filming. Hell, her fake ID said she was 21. Personally, I would NOT own this game and I do NOT think it's a game that anyone should have in their collection. It's NOT worth the risk and any possible legal headaches that could happen because of it. Not to mention, from censored Youtube footage I've seen, it's a HORRIBLE shitty game. With that said... Interesting fact from one of the Youtube video documentaries I saw a few years back: When "THE girl" (the one who made this video game illegal and the only video game in history to be the first and only game officially banned from retail stores in the United States) gets on stage during her part of the game (it's ironically during the final set of levels in the game during the end. She's literally one of the "FINAL BOSSES" of the game) and the host asked her age, she jokingly replies with the word "SHIT !!". She laughs and he laughs... but then he puts the microphone back on her so she can seriously answer the question and she then claims she is 21 (and behind the scenes she showed them a fake I.D that showed she was 21 to the point where her bio in the game says she is 21). Um... about that... she was NOT 21. LMAO. She's the reason this game is illegal (she was only 17 at the time). PRO TIP # 1 If you ask a woman her age and she replies with the word "SHIT !!" and then claims she is 21 after a brief awkward pause, she most likely is NOT 21. LMAO. PRO TIP # 2 If you buy a video game and one of the final bosses gets asked her age and she says "SHIT !!" and then claims she is 21 after a brief awkward pause, you need to shut off the console, take the disc out, and smash that shit disc with a hammer because she is most likely NOT 21. It's also a very definite way to defeat the final boss. LOL. |

With all the multi-verse stuff that's been happening in certain MCU movies and shows lately, they are 110% building up to a Secret Wars movie (based on 2015's third Secret Wars comic event that specifically dealt with the multiverse). However, BEFORE they can get to Secret Wars, they need several other stories out first. Namely the "incursions" (I won't go into what I mean by "incursions", but let's just say in the comics the "incursions" were used to slowly build up to the third 2015 Secret Wars event. Took them about THREE YEARS worth of comics dealing with the incursions before getting to the 3rd Secret Wars event). Spider-man: No Way Home, Dr. Strange: Multiverse of Madness, the What If series on Disney Plus and especially the Loki series on Disney Plus are very much a set up for Secret Wars. I don't expect a Secret Wars movie till 2029 or 2030 since there is a lot of set-up they have to do with the movies to get there. In regards to planning the next ten years, they are just probably figuring out what to do with the X-men, the Fantastic Four, the Beyonder and Dr. Doom (especially Mr. Fantastic, The Beyonder and Dr.Doom since they are vital to Secret Wars) as well as trying to figure out a proper path for a certain VERY important character that appeared in the Loki series that's also extremely vital to Secret Wars. In case anyone is wondering, the three part Secret Wars event from Marvel comics (part 1 happening during 1984, part 2 happening during 1985 and part 3 happened a few years ago during 2015) are the most important comic events in Marvel comics history, even more important than the original Infinity trilogy of comics from the 1990's (Infinity Gauntlet, Infinity War, Infinity Crusade), and those were damn important as well. @Payzmaykr You know how we have the mainstream consoles / portables (EX: Playstation 5, Xbox Series S / X, Nintendo Switch and I guess now the Steam Deck)? There is a group of consoles / portables known as "New Retro" which is right now Evercade and the new Atari VCS (the Intellivision Amico is suppose to be the third console in the "New Retro" group, but I'm 95% certain at this point it's going to be cancelled, so it's just going to be Evercade and the new Atari VCS in the "New Retro" category of consoles). The Evercade portable came out during 2020 at the beginning of the pandemic. Despite the horrendous timing, they made a nice profit and during 2022, just last week or so, they released the Evercade VS. It's the same exact hardware as the portable, but it hooks up to a TV and has local multi-player due to the controllers (see pics in the opening post). Evercade is cheap as hell. The portable is only about $100 and comes with three game collections and the console (Evercade VS) is only about $130 and comes with two game collections and two controllers. ALL game collections are only $20 each and come with a shit load of games on each cartridge (some more than others). There are THREE types of Evercade cartridges: 1) MODERN indie games which look like classic 8-bit and 16-bit games, but they are brand new. While some of these games are available digitally on the mainstream consoles, the appeal here is that they throw several modern indie games on a physical cartridge for a low price of only $20. It's all licensed and the publishers get a percentage of the sales. Several publishers have made officially licensed compilation cartridges for the Evercade where they throw several classic games on to a cartridge. Each collection comes with instruction manuals and a nice case. For $20 each, it's pretty nice. Especially when they throw in rare and lesser known games I never knew about from the SNES and Sega Genesis. The best is the few times when they TRANSLATED Asian 1990's Sega Genesis RPGS in English for one of the collections (Piko volume 1 has them, there are about two or three). Very nice. I hope they translate more Asian RPGs into English. Category three... 3) ARCADE game collections. They just started this last week or so. Only four have been released, but so far so good. These contain arcade games from the 80's and 90's on cartridge collections. This is the first time many of these arcade games are being released on a home physical format. Some of the arcade collections contain well known games, but some of them contain very rare arcade games I have never heard of and never even got releases in the U.S. All the arcade collections (only four so far) come in the purple cases. I'm not getting Xbox Series S / X and I'm not getting Steam Deck and I'm not getting the new Atari VCS because I have a powerful gaming laptop. I have the Playstation 5 and the Nintendo Switch for their exclusives. (EX: Astro's Playroom, Super Mario Odyssey, etc). I have the Evercade because it gets physical collections of modern indie games all on one cartridge (EX: Indie Heroes, Tangelwood / Xenocrisis, etc) as well as physical collections of classic 8-bit / 16-bit games. Meanwhile, I'm NOT getting a Steam Deck, Xbox Series S / X, and new Atari VCS because my gaming laptop is powerful enough to run Steam games like Half Life Alyx in VR while also having access to all Xbox Series S / X games since nothing on Xbox Series S / X is exclusive (granted, it's only been ONE game for the last year and a half that's not playable on the older last-gen Xbox One that's on Xbox Series S / X, that being the new Microsoft Flight Simulator, but Starfield comes out November 2022) and nothing is exclusive on the new Atari VCS except for a FEW extra levels of certain games.
