She claimed she was bloodied and bruised yet there was no mention of it by the police, or in the ME report? Surely if she was injured in any way, one, or both reports would indicate as such?

Both claimed they have no memory of the night before? If that's the case how does she know she was raped by him? (Or anyone else for that matter)

Without being there first hand to see what happened, and only going by what's written it does come across as if she's crying wolf, and/or has a personal vendetta against him.

If he's truly innocent she deserves to be punished for what she's done, not only has she ruined his life, she's also spat in the faces of actual rape victims that don't get taken seriously thanks to people that cry wolf as a form of revenge.

If he's guilty, then he's got what's coming to him, and chances are since the public court of opinion has already found him guilty he could easily find himself on the receiving end of a vigilante or two that hunt rapists (this would unfortunately, be the case even if he was to be innocent)

No jail or prison time but definitely a fine of some short.

That wouldn't really work though, sure they could get a fine but the fine will have to be paid via communal property. So in the end the cheated will be cheated twice when they lose money to pay for the fine.

Maximo had much love back in the days, but nobody seems to remember him these days.

I used to have Maximo vs. Army of Zin for PS2, was a fun game. Gameplay-wise, I thought of it as a sort of middleground between Medievil and God of War.

Funny trivia nobody asked for:

The first Medievil is the only game that gave me literal headaches while playing. I think it had to do with how the camera worked but it was terrible I had to quit.

I wouldn't want to work anywhere that thinks I'm horrible without evidence either.

Unfortunately with the shitty society we live in today whenever a rape claim is made against a male and his name gets put on public record society automatically judges the male as guilty until proven innocent, even after innocence has been proven many people will still see the male as a rapist.

The majority of employers will act that way as well, you say you'd find another job, good luck actually getting employed by someone when you have something shit like that hanging over your head, innocent or no, any prospective interviewer/employer will see you as a massive liability and refuse to have any association with you.

To be fair though a rapist is a rapist they'll carry out their sick actions in or outside of prison regardless of who their target's gender is. For people like that it's less about sexuality, and more about domination and fear/control. As for the others in prison if it's not a rapist it's typically a victim that's forced into it one way or the other.
