I don't think individuals can contribute much to solving the problem through consumer actions, but I do think this kind of claim is a little misleading.

If we want to solve climate change without assuming some advanced technology will do it, people's quality of life is gonna dip noticeably. Those corporations (with a few weird exceptions like crypto companies) are providing things people want at unsustainably low prices off the backs of high CO2 emissions

it depends where you work and the circumstances of your firing. at white-collar jobs you'll probably get put on a 'performance improvement plan' or something like 6 months before they fire you, unless you did something heinous or its a mass layoff

it depends a little on the game and settings. For OoT the big things are that you can randomize the exits and/or what's in chests. So you could have kokiri forest lead into zora's domain, and have all sorts of items end up in weird spots.

You'll probably get stuck for quite a while at a few different points going back and checking everything until you find out (for example) a random chest in a hole in hyrule field has the ocarina of time in it

The thing about those randomizer games is it sounds like you need to be really good at pulling off sequence breaks as I assume it's not really possible otherwise

Randomizers have logic systems to make it so that the game isn't unplayable. You can usually tell it to make sure the game is winnable without sequence breaks. Also a lot of them will make a spoiler file for you that tells you where everything is that you can use if you get hopelessly stuck

They do tend to take a pretty long time if you don't know the original game really well
