Fugue in Void - https://moshelinke.itch.io/fugue-in-void - eerie, brutalist walking simulator. it's like 45 minutes long and v cool. Omegaland - https://store.steampowered.com/app/619870/Omegaland/ - i don't know if it's at all convincing to say that "yes, it looks deceptively derivative, but there's a twist and trust me it's worth it". fwiw i was convinced to play it after spoiling myself and still loved it, but that's me. | PumpkinCoach 03/12/20 5:25:49 PM #4 | i don't have a switch and will not be playing animal crossing unfortunately, but maybe i'll replay a short hike for the stuff they've added since the humble build i played. there's a strange contrast between it and animal crossing - animal crossing folk are sort of bland utopians in an incoherent system, so even putting them in a context where they would need a weekend getaway is an unprecedented amount of interiority. they're like animal crossing folk who might have the curiosity to ask a few follow-up questions if a neighbour disappears for a few years. KCF0107 posted... Is Anodyne 2 a vast improvement over the first?
