Predictions for Stranger Things (Season 2)

Mike doesn't seem to be looking for Eleven. We'll see some signs of Eleven being alive, and Mike & friends will start looking for her.

Elsewhere, Dr. Brenner looms in the shadows while the "new monster" grows and begins causing chaos.

Haven't seen the trailer yet. Not sure if I should watch or go in completely blind.

Where did Hopper go when he got in that car with those men? I like that he is seemingly leaving Eggos in the woods for Eleven. Kinda bummed out that Nancy stayed with Steve and didn't get with Jonathan, but Steve totally redeemed himself.

And holy shit, did Will give birth to a new monster?

Amazing series. Can't wait for season 2!

Poka, I hope you like it! I will say this -- I am a slave to 2d Metroid, particularly control, and I've played probably over a thousand hours across the series. when control is off the whole thing falls down. so for those who just play Metroid for the experience and the atmosphere, it might work okay for them. it does have a few interesting ideas, but the implementation is just gross.

I heard something about it being weird going into Morph Ball because of the analog stick. Apparently if you click on the screen or something Samus automatically goes into Morph Ball, but doing it that way seems like more work and "off", as you say.

Stranger Things S1E7

Now THAT was a great episode. Not much to comment on it, though. It's fucking time that all three groups are finally together. Eleven flipping that van over was great. Mike and Nancy's exchange about them liking Eleven and Jonathan was great. Eleven finding Will was great. Sucks for Barbara, though.

Stranger Things E6

Felt like a slower episode, but picked up right at the end. Hopper and Will's mom (wtf is her name, I can never remember it) visit Terry Ives about her daughter, Jane. Jonathan and Nancy make it out okay and kick Steve's ass. Lucas still annoying but he looked like a little badass gearing up for monster hunting. But the highlight was if course El saving Mike and Dustin from the bullies. That scene was soooo good.

And now Dr. Brenner is coming after El.

It won't be a direct impact. We'll be getting hit by the southern part of Irma, so thankfully we won't be getting them 185 mph winds.

Stranger Things E5

Things are getting real now. Nancy is in the Upside Down (I think I've heard of this before, name sounded familiar), Will's mom and Hopper now on the same page, Lucas is mad at Mike, and El ran away.

Don't think Nancy will make it out off of there on her own. I think Jonathan will join his mom and Hopper now, and eventually the kids in later episodes.

I also didn't pick up on El screwing with the compasses until Dustin mentioned they walked around in circles.
