Nope thats whats in the bill, there's a seperate bills for other things for example there's another bill to give Israel another $17 billion on top of that 14B.

Because is isn't diverse, equal or inclusionary it a movement championed by white saviours and is frankly at best discrimination and at it worst racist segregationists, all they see is the colour of somebodies skin and not the person.
