Last night I was playing the Game Boy Advance version of Donkey Kong Country (on my DS Lite; this is the only version of Donkey Kong Country I've ever played). I felt like beating it again without deliberately looking for secrets just to see if it would still be fun. I guess it is, but the characters are so tiny and the screen occasionally so bright that the graphics sometimes verge on bad. The game definitely looks more real on the SNES, based on the videos I've seen.

Oh my Bob, yes...it's great that they ported so many SNES classics to the GBA, but the overall lack of care put into them really shows. If you get a chance to play the original version, it is better.

As for myself, I've been alternating between Breath of the Wild on Switch and Ocarina of Time on 3DS.

Yep. I'm not sure if they would have bothered coming to my house over that, but I got stopped for something trivial like a light out and they saw there was a warrant and asked me to step out. I had no fucking clue what was going on since I hadn't actually done anything wrong.

Not much. I was pissy for obvious reasons so I decided to make the best of it and made a blanket fort. The guard was making her rounds and saw it and told me I can't do that.

I was actually arrested once and spent the night in jail over a parking ticket that I did pay. Clerical error, I guess... But since it had been 3 months since I paid it, I didn't have a receipt anymore. I paid cash, so I had no way to prove I paid it. So I had to pay the ticket again plus court fees.
The worst part was that some asshole made me take down the blanket fort I made in my cell.
1/10: would not stay again.

My daughters loved Rey. I watched Rogue One with them, and they loved that too but started to cry when they killed off every single main character at the end.

I'm jelly...my youngest son is 5 and he's autistic and easily overwhelmed, so I haven't been able to show him Transformers the Movie or Star Wars or Secret of Nimh or anything I loved as a kid. We basically can't watch movies while he's awake.
