I think the field goal was fine, they were gonna have to get the ball back before regulation ends or they lose anyways, but now you don't have to score on a 4th down + 2 pt conversion which is super low percentage

Not exactly, the entire game was done and then Iwata compressed it enough that there was room to add Kanto. Moral of the story is if game freak hadn't been so incompetent at programming in the first place we could have gotten an enhanced Johto region instead of a glorified boss rush in a barebones region

If you like it you can keep going but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone that isn't too invested in the series tbh. The first few episodes are great but it gets worse as it progresses and it kinda expects you to know the plot of DR2 which wasn't adapted into an anime

^situations like these are pretty unhealthy from a competitive standpoint and from a spectator standpoint it would be pretty boring to see multiple of a Pokemon being on every team (and people complain enough as it is)
