| ManaYuka 01/30/18 6:01:14 AM #42 | Africa couldnt advance as well as Europe cause there was no Roman equivalent that basically concquered all the land and civilized the people and got the society started. They also lived in a area that didnt have the best crops and animals which contribute a lot to sustainability. How there where empires in the first place is a shock considering how hostile the environment is amazing. Europe advanced greatly after the dark ages due to war and trade. Basically they were level 50 or so, most of Africa was level 10.
