Once I left my college town, it was a little over a grand for a single bedroom apt with no roommates. That was 11 yrs ago. Overall, I'd say I overpaid. The location was decent but the complex itself was old and not super well kept. Only reason I got it is it was literally across the street from the place I got my first job out of college so I saved a fortune in gas money and time in travel. --- Sanity is a one trick pony, all you get with it is rational thought, but with crazy the sky's the limit. |
