I'll probably be up for playing late Friday and Saturday nights if anyone else is. The Anomaly level grind is slow when you're not going for max efficiency with multi-Monster quests, but I'm still trying to look for Investigations with the new Afflicted Monsters so that's okay.

Chaotic's fun. Not quite as difficult as the first time I fought him back in 4U but that's expected. Risen Kushala and Teostra are next for me. Edit: Kushala's a jobber, with a weirdly tough head or maybe I just spent too long cutting the tail.

Oh shit I got out of the shower right on time. Time to not sleep till 5 AM(woo Thanksgiving).

TU3, my birthday, Thanksgiving, and the inevitability of me buying shit on sale is all happening this week. How exciting/busy.

Oh yeah speaking of the grind I know they had already announced it but the option to level down our quests will be nice. It's weird that level 100 quests were more lucrative than 120's. Hopefully 200 quests won't be even more stingy with materials.

Since TU2 didn't add any of the remaining Apexes to Anomaly Investigations I hope we get Apex Rath and Mizutsune in TU3. The mystery Elder Dragon in TU4 is anyone's guess but personally I hope it's Harudomerugu. With my luck I doubt the Skills+ augment will really help much, but hopefully I get like one god roll on a piece. I REALLY like the look of Risen Kushala's armor, so I'll get to making the layered set ASAP.

Oh and lmao at level 200 being the new level cap for Investigations. JFC I could play nothing but Sunbreak starting from next Wednesday night to the end of the year and I still won't be done with like half my weapons.

Magnamalo was acting weird right? Left the area for no reason when not even 2 minutes had passed, and then he started attacking you when you weren't even in the arena. Also I should really get around to crafting that new Bloodblight Rampage deco. None of the species one's work on the spiders(or final boss), and there's like nothing really good for some weapon types so it feels like a waste.

Oh cool the Khezu/Pyre/Lunagaron Event Quest is a crown farming one. I believe I needed one of Lunagaron's in particular.

I need to actually sit down and make all my Gunner sets. My Rapid/Spread Bow builds are done, and so are my elemental Bowguns. I just need to update my raw Bowgun builds, and I actually like using Normal in this game even if Spread/Pierce ammo beats it in every matchup.

I get overwhelmed just typing this honestly.

I initially didn't think anything of that Monster Hunter Arknights collab, but now I wish there was some Arknights equipment in Rise. The collab in question is three Palico's with a Wiggler hat:

I haven't checked my stats but that would probably be the case for me too. Aside from Mantles and Elder Dragon materials there isn't a whole lot of reason to do the regular quests. Investigation coins can buy you the rare drops, afflicted materials are needed to max every weapon, and the RNG stuff(talismans/armor augments) can also be grinded while you're doing Investigations.

I am doing a lot of regular quests for crown farming though. I only need two base Rise Monsters and I think 5 Sunbreak one's and I'll be done.

Oh nice I got the Dragonsphire off that Valstrax. Edit: Wow I got 23 coins off that Tigrex hunt. Maybe I should start spending these.

That seems to be right from a random google search. I didn't really notice when I unlocked it after TU2 dropped.

Starting with TU3 we'll be able to level quests down which is kinda nice for the lower tier materials. It really sucked that the moment they hit level 101 we would go to 2nd and 3rd tier rewards for the previous Monsters. I do need to spend my 3K coins for the award still, but buying the Afflicted materials was just a feelsbad for me.
