| M-Watcher 12/25/18 1:01:57 PM #37 | While Rex doesn't exactly need more Blades, I would personally have maybe two more optional Rare Blades on him just to diversify a little. Something to note: Merc Missions will fill out most Affinity Nodes except for certain ones, like deal a certain amount of damage in one hit (which can be annoying, but Opening Art Up Aux Cores can help deal with that). And also, using Pouch items increase Trust on all Blades engaged to Driver you gave the item to, but not by a huge amount this early on. However, you can overwrite Pouch items with the same Pouch items or others, so you can grind Trust this way. Common Blades don't need a whole lot of Trust. Now, combining a bit of Trust grinding and Merc Missions, you can max out a Common Blade. Then you can release it and get WP packs, which are very useful to give a boost to your Arts. Becomes more valuable later on when you can throw away higher level Commons without worrying about losing out on useful skills. Though always note the skills your Blades have, you don't want to get stuck because you were short on a Field Skill, and you don't want to throw out Blades with useful Battle Skills (More relevant on Three Crown and up Blades, which could have stuff like Orb Master) Of course, that's a lot of menuing, and not entirely necessary if you just want to plow through the story. The main quests don't demand too much extra work out of you, at least in the first half of the game. --- |

Used a move that did 17% in normal play, was 15% in an unlock battle. Noticed their moves did a bit more damage than normal battles as well. My friend, who is way, way better at the game than me, also noticed the handicap. --- |

Some people actually like Chapter 7's dungeon design. I don't. But, there is another factor to the dungeon that truly makes me hate it. You'll definitely notice something will be off. Especially if you're like me and happen to be at the appropriate level for the enemies to aggro you... Also, no Pyra is annoying because her lack of presence makes many Blade Quests, and some normal quests, undoable for the time being. The chapter basically forces you to rush it. --- |

I'd say it's probably better to go for 2 before 3. Gives a nice sense of progression from slowest (DS1) to fastest (DS3). --- |

| M-Watcher 10/15/18 4:42:21 PM #17 | I got angry. I tried getting school staff involved and was hardly ever believed. Eventually gave up and resorted to violence, got reprimanded a few times by school staff, bullies usually got off with no issue. At my first year of college, where, surprisingly, bullying was at its worst (which, at that point, is not bullying anymore, it was pure harassment), I got campus security involved. Made it so the most dangerous bully would get in trouble if he ever got near me. He obviously was let off easy because he was a football player, but I certainly made his pastime of harassing people quite difficult for him. If my child was bullied, I would get the bully's parents involved, I would get the school or whatever involved, I would cause a bit of a ruckus, while also trying to encourage my kid to try to not take it hard, or try to turn it around. While I wouldn't encourage violence, I wouldn't discourage it either, especially if it seems like a better option than most. I really don't want school staff and parents take the same apathetic attitude as I dealt with when I was a kid getting bullied. My parents weren't that great at responding to bullies, but sometimes they tried. I want to do more than just make sad attempts. --- |
