Yup. Once I started doing this my life completely shifted from living how others wanted me to, to living how I actually want. People won't even have conversations around me when Im watching tv cause they know I have concentration problems and will pop off. On good days I keep my cool cause you don't want to just completely be an asshole. Just assertive. People respect it.

a good way to get out the same energy is to tense your muscles really tight for a length of time (10+ seconds) then release. especially if its somewhere that requires focus, like your buttocks. it will be less cathartic as it happens, but itll release similar chemicals in the brain afterward that can keep the rage at bay

but the actual best advice is look into getting therapy. anger is almost always displaced emotions of fear or sadness, which is what most western men are taught to do during their lives. i used to be angry all the time, now i just cry every 1-3 days and its made a huge difference

Honestly, if this level of thing hasn't been floated around a bit before now, that would be a hell of a leap. Might wanna baby step the whole thing. Like, try and see if she'd kiss another girl.

My advice however, is just write a fan fiction. That way it'll go off exactly the way you want and you can just read it from time to time.

I've read tonnes of stories and watched loads of videos that would fit into this category. Really becoming hard to find this specific sub-type that I'm into though.

Nope. It's the bomb. Just put some effort into it. I'm surprised more people don't make their own erotic fiction. I mean, you have the fantasy in your head right? You go through it over and over it and it doesn't lose the excitement. It's just a way of organizing it better. If it does get dull, make a sequel, or do a re-write.

I actually take back my post cause this seems decent. Too early for me to think around an idea but this was a good way of doing so. I also agree with the if she says no you just have to respect it if you do decide something more direct at this time

No, I didn't break anything on or around me. I woke up really angry today cause it's the 3rd day of random shit sleep in a row. So I go out to the kitchen and start cussing to myself until I hit my anger limit bar overload and needed to make it physical. Threw an open palm of like 80% of my strength at a cabinet and felt like 20% of the blowback I do from punching. Im scrawny so I didn't break it but it felt close. Also being scrawny I usually feel way more blowback than a normal weight person.
