My friend has a 20 inch HDTV and I have to laugh at him for it. When it's that scrunched up it hardly even looks better.

It's not just for ganks, but always use it before a gank if you can, obviously. Don't abuse her stealth and assume you're hidden, cause it's possible the other team has vision wards even if you can't see oracle's. Use natural terrain like bushes to hide first just like any champ would. Only stealth just before going in for a kill. Nothing sucks more than them getting low health and your stealth timer just running out cause you had stealth on and weren't using real cover. Don't start going into "gank mode" until level 5 at the earliest, and try to have boots of mobility first-- otherwise you waste too much time crossing lanes. I always laugh when I see Eve at level 3 ganking... Level 2 ravage just doesn't do enough. Even if it does do enough, the exp/gold you lose from not laning/jungling at this point may hurt you more than the one kill you get. Don't be afraid to dive at a tower if you see a guy at low hp tping. Your ult movespeed + the health you get back should let you survive diving the tower. Always get Flash. You need that after you dive in and kill someone so you don't die. Ignite is usually my second but you can go a few ways with the other one. Just because you're team fighting doesn't mean it's your job to go in immediately as the fight starts. Read the situation. Look for the opportunity to go in and finish many guys off without dying. Your team may yell at you but Eve really isn't effective just wading into the fray. She excels when the enemy team is on its last leg so she can abuse the health regain on her ult. AP Eve build for me goes Doran's Ring or Tome + Health Pot -> Boots of Mobility (you need to be where the ganks are as much as possible-- the movespeed will be better than the magic pen from Sorc shoes) -> Sheen/Soul Stealer (usually the former first unless your team has an early edge-- if your team is getting dominated you may want to skip stealer until after Rabadon's or entirely) -> Lich Bane/Rabadon's (former first if your soul stealing is going well, else rabadon's first) -> situational. I don't play AD Eve much so yeah no build advice there. Oracle's aren't the end of the world. Don't focus all your efforts on bringing that guy down especially if he's a tank (and don't tell your team to focus all firepower on that guy either). Look for dudes furthest away from the oracle holder (if they're retreating, even better) who are low on health and use your absurd movespeed to pick them off and then flash away if necessary. That's not all there is to say, I could keep going for a long time I'm sure, and I have no idea if any of this is helpful or if most it is obvious. I think Eve is one of those champs you have to just go out and learn and build advice and stuff won't help all that much. But I like to have an excuse to yap about her. -- No problem! Also a good eve gank against Morde is going to read Morde's shield too. It'd be foolish to just look at Morde in the red yet with a full shield and go "I can take this" by default.
Though if he's really deep in the red the 500 hp buffer might not be enough. But yeah. Shield HP isn't really different from normal HP. Just take it into account and he's not any more difficult to gank (with burst) than anyone. -- No problem! This is a cute and pop genocide of love! |

I generally don't find the mobility lost from selling the boots to be worth losing the boots even lategame when you can replace them with like a 2000 gp item. There are exceptions like possibly if you're running teleport/ghost and your champ has a global teleport ult or something but yeah.
The mobility helping you push towers and stuff is kinda invaluable. Granted MF isn't completely slow with no boots if strut is maxed and you've got two PDs so I guess it was probably a good move. Your opponents were stacking armor so the anti armor thing was needed. And yeah GA is a good solution to tyrn. -- No problem! This is a cute and pop genocide of love! |

The best part of Demott/Maven for me was the game's crowd reaction to Maven wrestling and the team chemistry. Similar thing happened last season when Planet Stasiak had a debut interview and he "tripped while doing the interview creating a disastrous first impression."
The game has a cute sense of humor sometimes. I'm just saying I don't think you have the reflexes to react to a proper Eve gank especially with an ability you actually have to aim and not some AoE thing or flash. Especially not with your ping. Usually a good Eve gank involved the target being dead before the stun wears off, which was <= 1-2 seconds.

Let's see uh alright I'll talk about something.
I watched Shiki recently cause Lord Embok recommended it. Vampire anime from like a year ago-- figure most of you have seen at least part of it. It was pretty good despite a somewhat slow start. I recommend it to anyone who hasn't seen it yet. And uhh... well, sure, I'll talk about why I liked it for anyone who's seen it I guess. *Shiki spoilers* I thought it was pretty rad cause the first half of the series is basically spent establishing the members of the town as characters and their relationships with the town. Then they slowly die and return as vampires, though the town doesn't believe there are vampires for a long time. So when the town eventually finds out "hey, yeah, there are vampires around here" it's pretty unsettling how they just brutally murder people that used to be friends and family. I actually found myself sympathizing with the vampires more in the end. Not cause they were "cool" or anything as much as I just felt bad for them. Especially poor Megumi. :( I get the feeling a lot of people could watch it and just be like RAH BLOOD for these scenes when the lynch mob goes out, but I'm thinking that wasn't really the point. But yeah it was pretty unique for that. *end spoilers* Yeah that's all I got for now. -- No problem! This is a cute and pop genocide of love! |

Most of my ganks as Eve didn't even use the Stun as a crutch. Bio explained the Eve ganking style pretty well tbqh. Damage didn't go down so I really doubt it's going to matter much.
