The official Flash Twitter posted a 'Merry Christmas' card with 3 characters from the show. Those characters are Barry, Iris, and their daughter Nora.

A few or some are upset by this because they didn't promote or show two other characters with Barry. Cisco and Caitlin

I responded to one person about it. She replied with some thing. I said 'romance shouldn't matter in a superhero show.'

Her response?

of course it`s matter, how could we compare a cliche of annoying woman complaining most of the time,ordering and speaking about her love life in dangerous moments or when her friends die or are kidnapped instead of a woman who sacrifices everything for him, not blaming him,

not rejecting him to choose another guy,and risks everything and who is there when he suffers.... of course the plot would be much better

but if you use the terrible love story 80% of time, it worse even but the main things in superhero stories are action, villains and sacrificing (not just for their family, for everyone)

because,they promote over&over the most annoying&hated characters&forget the team over&over because they think audience want to watch a soap opera full oflove&speeches instead of action, friendship and fights,&even in a Christmas card they can`t use all the characters together

well,Barry from seasons1-2wasn`t an idiot,but now he`s Iris`siameses,but they had plenty of friendship moments,villains&fights.I`ve liked last3episodes,they were like those once,but I`m fed up of family,couple moments & speeches,&the same annoying characters most of the time
