the two blue rich commanders. The one that got you more money and the other one made units cheaper I think

finally, a particularly nasty combo on dual strike. Whoever makes it so you can capture buildings in one go, and some other one that either gave your units 2 moves or increased their distance or something. Trivially easy to ninja capture a HQ once you build up both gauges

just put all the passengers with babies at the back or front of the plane together. at least the noise will be from one area and people further away will get less of it. unfortunate for those closer to the babies though. maybe the baby area can have noise dampening walls or something
