Serious answer: Its the cop effect. I put 15-20 pounds my
first year on. As I get older, it felt so much harder to cut all the weight I lost this year , compared to previous years. You miss your lunch hour probably every day except maybe once a week. So a lot of cops get drive through or something quick to eat in the car. A lot of cops fall into the cop cycle too, working mandatory and option OT. So you never get time to workout or eat properly. Alcohol, etc..
