In my opinion, religion should be kept to people's private lives. If people want to waste their Sunday mornings in a church, then that's up to them. But religion should be kept the fuck out of the education system and the government. Send everyone to public schools. If parents want to force additional religious education down their children's throats, then they can send them to sunday school or something.

And if said parents don't want to go to public schools and go to a religious school of their choice, then what?

That's the fault of whomever took the video / photo; which isn't those two who were making out.

That person/group of people should be punished for that.

The wearing the uniform while making out is their fault.

They should've changed out of their work cloths and back into civilian clothes.

That could be easily misinterpreted by the public as wasting tax payer $$$.

That's on those two for not having the common sense to change back to civvie clothes before they make out.

It is a serious fault and even more if the image of the metropolitan police is in any way brought into disrepute as a result.
