Probably spurned a lot of live action reality show ideas over the decades. Made people think. Execs landed on gold as far as business perspectives go. Been liking the production quality ever since the "Take Off" teaser. That snippet in itself seemed promising to me, and they kinda retain elements from that "era" into the current album.

I haven't been in the loop with Chinese artists. Just vaguely remember F4, and then EXO-M and SJ-M. WayV seems to have been a solid step.

Members seem well-defined, know handle to stage. This was nuts one of my favorites of last year period and they didn't even have Ten with them.

Well see I was thinking about that: work towards education and homelessness, but those prospects seem to come with a lot of red tape.

If I won the lotto, I first thought about opening a school, but then that idea kinda transitioned into trying to reinvent the education system into something more practical and effective. It's an idea that's also going to come with more than enough pushback to never see it come to fruition at least in my lifetime. And that's not a solo effort, which then gets into figuring out how to create the best network/foundation when I'm already late in the education game.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not like depressed. But I do think a lot of things that make people happy are a bit hollow. I mean great it makes them happy, but I think simplicity has been the only thing providing me with some sort of pleasure. Less-is-more but to an extent I question the point of a lot of things.

Material prospects never really mattered much. We all indulge in stuff but I mean it comes and goes, and in some instances having stuff stay just becomes a burden on your mind. Hobbies and stuff kinda get repetitive and you sometimes see the end product thanks to the internet, spoiling the whole experience, but at the same time, you have to see it because it'd be ignorant not to.

Career-wise, what's a career really? I've heard of software/tech workers simplifying their lifestyle and pay. There's a few things I find dumb with my work, but last week it seems things are picking up. I haven't found an option that could be fulfilling, and really boost my pay in a worthwhile fashion. Competing with society is insanely hollow. Have this, this, and that, more than anyone else, and it didn't actually take you anywhere. If anything it just cuts you off from society at some point.

All the constructs of a marriage have really soured the idea. If a girl likes me, that somehow turns me off now, yet I don't believe in the concept of pursuing someone too much. There's too many formalities that just make relationships seem dumb.

I thought raising a kid one way or another would be my life goal take a shot at creating a worthwhile life for someone , but in this world we live in, I'm not so sure about that. I think I'd hit a wall where he/she will ask me as well: "what's the point?" and I have no answer.

Thought about a doggo but the current space and work schedule isn't ideal. I'd be pretty obsessed with giving it a proper life, although I guess the argument there is I could be saving it from a cage or being euthanized. Little something over absolutely nothing.

Even food...yeah good tasting food is good tasting food. I don't have any digestive or gastrointestinal issues, but for the most part food has become a very repetitive process, and I just look ahead to wondering when I'll time the shit I take. I was in the habit of constantly eating out for keep it interesting, but the spent money isn't yielding any returns anymore. Diet is paced by how long it takes to find a legitimate craving.

I mean we just eat, poop, sleep, wear out from it, and die. And for some reason, as a species, we've created so many irrelevant matters to our lives. Add what garbage society has become, and it's really like "what's the point?".

Don't get me wrong, I'm not suicidal. I'm in doubt over what even that could ever do for me.

Rewards system pissed me off. I think the idea was to bring more incentive to shopping at Eastbay, but that screwed up my existing strong track with Footlocker. Forgot the ins-and-outs. Due to Covid I haven't even touched Footlocker all that much.

Someone that's Alfred/Niles/Geoffrey tier. An additional parent of sorts for my kids would be great.

That's an insanely tall order to ask of, though. Especially in today's society of opportunities and know-how. Even if you gave them very worthwhile compensation, it's still a life decision. They can easily stick around for only a year and figure out how to turn that money into something else. And this is if you can get past the whole initial trust factor.

Walks and jogs (if your area will let you do that), and i mainly say that because those are of the only things that make exercise feel more leisurely. No overnight results, but kinda takes away the chore of thought of a workout session. And of course that eats some of your time with your own agenda as well.

Much respect to this guy for believing in what he did, and keep his patience for so damn long.

In the merits of "life ain't fair", and "nothing is given", that was some completely undeserving shit handed to him.

Being anti-cop at this point isn't some kind of defiance or political stance. I think the definition of what a cop is at this point has rewritten itself, and the possible few that have integrity aren't really cops at this point. They're just better people that hopefully figure out a better way to apply themselves in their position.

Feel like the M/V and couple of live performances didn't do the choreography much justice. The way sequencing and blocking is handled is way more compelling with this perspective. Close-up views make it hard to appreciate a collective choreography when it becomes over 5 members, and there's little use of temporary splitting and isolation.

On another note, this was cool with NCT having Baekhyun's back for the lonesome encore lol, although I'm missing what the lipstick gag was about.

Philosophically I'm not sure how he aligns himself with the people but ends up making enemies with the entire police force. That'd be a hard one to write up.

Movie-wise imo:
Maguire would probably have the best judgement in making decisions along the way. He's been through the most.

"More and More" definitely warranted replays for me.

It's weird because I'm not particularly excited for it, but it's solidly...nice. Rest of the album, I mostly agree. There is this (good) consistency to it, and that makes it hard to single out any other song. I imagine an MV will change my tune about any of them.

I guess it also comes from my not ever being that big on Twice's music. I actually find their visual incredible and no question on their talent.

Sana and especially Momo have been my favorite looks this time around.

I think it was nice.

It definitely carries a bit of a easy-going tone and tempo, and I think the overall sound of the album partly remarks a time of kinda slowing down, but not in terms of actually being a decline. This is just how they decided to work their sound this time around, perhaps focused on composition vs. shooting for the stars in any fashion.

I guess recent example for me is like EXO's "The War" album, which was doing well but not the same exciting product in my mind. But it's a bit of a good thing, because they didn't force their hand to stay sounding young like NCT now taking over, and in this case Twice isn't being forced to be anything like Itzy.

*for the MV and performance, I think my only peeve is imo Twice's choreography is usually bad at isolation/blocking. There's nice collective moves, but either the active vocalist has to be centered or they kind get lost because there's crowding of sorts.
