Look, you can mock Biden for a lot of things, but his track record trying to protect women from domestic abuse and other violent situations is prettty rock solid and irrefutable. He's an old timey guy and used old timey lingo to say you have to use the law to drop the hammer on domestic abusers, this wasn't remotely him being numb to a trigger warning.
