Dragon Engine Okinawa AND we finally get to see Mack again. Wonder how they'll work Ono Michio in lol. They did it for K2 so they'll likely do it in this one too.

1 had better story and worlds (2s were glorified hallways) but 2 had way better combat.

Still waiting on Mystical Ninja and Goemon's Great Adventure (top tier N64 soundtracks on those btw). Snowboard Kids 2 was also a fun one that I wish got a sequel.

It's a fun game. But of a puzzle game with figuring out how to catch certain Bugsnax. And some of the extra tasks from the postcards can be a good challenge too. Pretty amusing turning the villagers into weird food related freaks. Game does get weirdly dark later though. Also gets into various psychological issues the npcs are going through.

it's extremely weird how extreme the disney-KH integration is in 3. Tip for lockpicking, if you push the pin back in before it falls all the way, it'll go back up and fall at the same speed. Learn the timing for the slow speed and you'll be set.

Hopefully the keep the spell-crafting in... maybe allow us to go past 100 damage/range or level 25 >_> Had a lot of fun making some custom spells for various shits and giggles, like 100ft fireballs just for the sake of knocking everything in the rooms around, paralyze spells with a 1% chameleon component added to turn people into ice sculptures, and also wide range frenzy spells to get the whole area fighting each other (used that one a lot at the Imperial City Mage guild's back area on the nameless NPCs that respawn after a while to loot their weapons).

Remember back in the classic days going to a GFAQs drop party in that one house in Falador on the second floor. Some guy walked by in the abyss and blew everyone's minds lol. Can't remember exactly how it went but I think it was something about a glitched ladder in Falador Castle that would put you outside the wall and you could just walk around forever out there. Course when they fixed the glitch the only way to get back to the normal gameplay area was to teleport, so if you didn't happen to bring teleport runes with you (as well as have the magic level for it) you were just stuck and had to contact support.

Though I wouldnt say that, it does manage to strike a balance between Morrowind and Skyrim. And it does have the best guild quests.

hyrule warriors - never played the series but been meaning to check out the first one

First one is pretty great. Second one I didn't care much for how the game controlled like an odd hybrid of Hyrule Warriors+Breath of the Wild, nor did I care for how upgrading weapons went the gacha route of sacrificing weapons to other weapons. I guess it sort of gives you a little more control over having to hope a better weapon drops like the first one, but it felt worse to me. The story was interesting at least.

Fun fact, they put IVs in the game... you can have 10 of the same sujimon with all different stat growths. They also get increased stats from combat even at max level but not sure what the cap on that might be.

I didn't bother voting because I'm stuck in a HARD red state that goes maybe 5-10% blue counties at best, and announced (with less than 2 months till the election date and less than one month of the registration deadline) that nearly 20% of the voter roll had been purged since the last presidential election. Even assuming the reported figures are true it still disproportionately affected non-republican registered voters. Not a chance in hell my vote would've remotely mattered.

Heh, I played the Milla side first and was like "Wait, what? What the fuck happened here while I was gone?!" I was off in some spirit world dimension recovering and I get back to find Jude basically punching God in the face and find out about all this other party drama.

Honestly, I don't remember Guy Fieri being on that show at all, but my memory of the whole show is largely fuzzy so it probably was that one. Though I swear the color scheme for the store was a lot darker than what I'm seeing in the screenshots on IMDB... granted they may have changed it at some point and nobody bothered uploading shots of those seasons.

1. This one would've been on like... 15-20 years ago? Not sure why it suddenly popped into my head honestly. Anyway there was this sort of free-for-all Family Feud-like show where I think like 10 people would answer the survey question, but the rarest answers were worth the most money. BUT, one player had the answer sheet in front of them each round. After each question they'd try to vote out the cheater, and if they voted out the right person, they all got like $200 or something and a new cheater was chosen next round. But if the cheater stayed in, they kept getting the answers. Don't remember how it went when it got down to the last 3 or 4 though.
2. This one was on The Food Network a few years ago (might still be on the air or it might've just been reruns even back then) This one was a cooking game show set in a grocery store. Each round would have some sort of challenge, and they'd have to "go shopping" for the ingredients. Two challenges I remember were one where they could only use stuff from the checkout lane, and another where they could only use one ingredient from each aisle. Saw a guy breading some chicken using the crushed up bits of pretzel from a bag of Combos. Shit got pretty creative.

Any guesses?

More than a CD-ROM was at the time actually. They had almost twice as much storage. It was just a combination of Shenmue's ahead-of-its-time graphical achievements, and also had a shitload of voice work.
