I hate to say this, but.... we have to at least consider the possibility that Keemstar could be right and were getting into another Jussie-Smollet-Like situation here. For all it's fault, I did enjoy Gotham.

It was such a weird show. The CW shows like Arrow and Flash mostly stuck to a very basic formula, but Gotham was BONKERS.

It seemed like anything could happen in that show.

There's also Harvey Dent, who appears a few times but doesn't do anything.

Also Renee Montoya and Crispus Allen, who appeared in season 1 and then disappeared forever.

There's lots of other stuff in the show that gets no closure. What happened to Barnes after he escaped from the van taking him to Arkham? He never shows up again.

What happened to Bruce's clone?

What happened to Silver St. Cloud?

I watched the show as it aired, and absolutely everybody hated Barbara in season 1. She was such an unreasonable nagging bitch.

I think they made her a villain in season 2 to try and salvage the character in some way.

Fire Walk With Me is good, and should not be skipped.

Season 3 is much more in line with Fire Walk With Me than the original series.

The way I see it, there are plenty of people on both sides who are doing everything they can to make Civil War happen.
