Clintons actually went up during his impeachment but its because the economy was booming and he didnt constantly talk about the impeachment. You think Trump can play it as cool as Clinton? Hes already throwing tantrums.

He has stonewalled a lot of investigations.

He wont be impeached. Republicans are all about their wealthy donors and to hell with everything and everyone else.

What this will do is fast track some of the dozens of court proceedings happening. It will bring things to light that otherwise wouldve been kept secret until years AFTER he has already left office. And it will show the American voters that their votes in 2018 were not for nothing.

Hes going to release the phone call transcript on Wednesday. If it turns out to be a nothing burger like the Mueller probe, or Kavanaugh (although that was more of a fabricated hit job) impeachment will not go well for Democrats. Theyd better make double sure its a slam dunk before they begin.

The transcript, as it turns out, is just either A) a word for word of the call B) a word for word with lots of redactions C) a summary of the call. AND its not coming from an intelligence agency or anything of the sort... its coming from the WH!!!

And now republicans are mad that Pelosi didnt wait until the release of the transcript. Well, it all makes sense. This transcript is just like William Barrs summary of the Mueller report. Despite the report being damning, and honestly more than enough to have begun impeachment proceedings, it didnt have the reaction it shouldve because William Barr was able to release that intentionally misleading summary.

Pelosi is a lot of things but dumb isnt one of them. She foresaw this and thats why this lady, that has been the most unwilling to impeach, immediately came out and decided to move forward with impeachment.

And now the transcript is out and the GOP is already trying to act like its a nothing burger. But politically this has played out a lot differently this time around.

Apparently Trump called Pelosi trying to negotiate over following the law.

Anyways there was a point where the correct view was "Does he deserve to be impeached? Yes. Should be be? Not the best idea for democrats"

That point is passed, if democrats do no take action against this criminal administration they won't be able to justify themselves in 2020. This isn't all about how republicans will respond to them opening an inquiry. It's about how any sane person will respond to them refusing to hold this administration responsible for their actions and actually perform their oversight role.

They dont expect a senate that has turned a blind eye to all of Trumps BS to actually vote to impeach him.

BUT... it does force them to go on the record and tell the American people what they think. And there are some who were on the record against Bill Clinton. In the current balance of power, unions become bloated to the point they collapse the industry and everyone loses their jobs.

Also, union leaders really don't give a crap about the worker, it's purely a business for self profit for them. They gladly take money under the table so businesses don't get harassed by unions.

Unless it's a government job or the business has a monopoly where they literally can't go out of business.
