Exactly. A drip from the basement ceiling and where the floor above it would roughly be, the carpet is wet

I have a leak in the basement. It's not very heavy, only fills up the bowl in about a week, but I'd like to fix it sooner rather than later. Call a plumber, he says it's a pipe that runs from the roof down and he can't fix it. Call a roofer and he climbs up there and looks, says it's a plumbing issue.
Fast forward a week and now I've discovered the carpet in the floor above the leak is wet.

I'm going back to renting, this shit is annoying.

And if so, are the other series by him good too (the Egyptian one, for instance).

Just a quick peruse of the front page and they're calling out men who demand blowjobs, telling women who have to nag their husbands/boyfriends to do basic shit that they should leave them, and the double standard with Jake Gyllenhaal calling Tom Holland a kid while dating a woman the same age as him.
Of course in the comments they get shitty with the attacks on men and double standards, but y'know

I feel bad for him because the incident that started this wasn't his fault, but this is literally the entire reason the ramps exist. He chose to take a gamble that instead of 100% fucking up his truck, he could take control of it elsewhere. That did not happen and now 4 people died, most likely in a very painful manner
I have sympathy for him and don't agree with the long sentence (or the policy that allows that to happen), but he's not innocent

Couple weeks after the movie --> That was pretty much the same as all of them
No Marvel movie out or being promoted --> Those movies are ass and Idk why I watch them

Repeat for the next decade

You're literally the only one here who thinks it's weird. It's very normal to see your parents naked and to bathe with them
It's okay if you don't want to be naked around your kids / see your parents naked, but don't act like you're the normal one here

The issue here is that Chrissy Teigan posted it on the internet, but she does that for everything

You would be jailed for killing your baby with crystal meth after it is born so why shouldn't you be jailed for doing it while the baby is inside you
I'd say the difference is the way addiction plays out. If you're addicted to meth and you're pregnant, there's no way for you to consume meth without it affecting your unborn child. If the baby is already born, there's no way for you to consume meth that also means the baby gets high.
I guess for me I think there's something wrong with jailing addicts.

Not really, the car has apple carplay so I can just use my phone / spotify.
Funny thing is that the radio still works, it's just the computer chip is showing. I'm more concerned with roof damage. It's been raining the last couple days and there's no leak that I can see, but I am worried it's going to cause seal issues or something (I"m not a car guy so I'm not sure if that's possible).

I backed my car out of the garage while the door was still in motion. It ripped the sharkfin radio antenna off.
I took it to the dealership and they estimated it'd cost ~$2500 to repair due to it being attached to the roof and how in depth it would take to repair.
I have a $1000 collision deductible through Geico.

Do I just file a claim and pay the $1k and watch my rates go up? Try and shop around a body shop who might not guarantee it?

I must be the only one who hated the RTD era.
I don't hate it, but I do find it hard to revisit most of his era.
I will say that in my opinion the best era of New Who has been the second half of series 3 to the first half of series 6, so I'm not totally against him.

MrMallard posted...
Like I'll admit I'm a fanboy for Davies, but at least inject some variety into the criticism. As.if his entire run was as bad as Love and Monsters - sod off.
Series two was the worst season of New Who with some of the worst episodes of modern television. Making the Doctor fall in love with a human was dreadful, having the next human fall in love with him even harder was worse, the constant journeys back to Earth (Eccelston didn't even get to go to another planet!), how the Doctor treats Mickey, celebrity casting (Kylie Minogue esp.), how each of his four seasons are repetitive, etc.
It's been said in this topic about the issue with Moffat making the Doctor a god, but that started back in Tennant with many RTD episodes using it (Voyage of the Damned being a very noteworthy example).

I could go on, and honestly I could make many complaints about Moffat's run. I guess that's my main issue: neither is universally better than the other and whenever people bang on about how awful one or the other is then it just makes me roll my eyes.
Except fuck Chibnall

Can someone explain how anti-abortion is a bad thing? Especially anti late term abortion.
Anti-abortion is bad because you're taking bodily autonomy away from women. People should have the right to decide if they want to consent to being pregnant. This is made even worse because in many cases no attempts are made by the pro-life movement to increase the standard of living for those who are born.
Anti-late term abortion is a nonfactor because the amount of late-term abortions that are performed are miniscule and almost entirely because the mother will die otherwise. It's a fear movement created to cause people to vote conservative based off of a non-issue.
