The easist thing to do is to poke fun at the person questioning your ingrained beliefs. It is far easier to laugh away your feeling of being made uncomfortable than to confront it.

Look up cognitive dissonance.

If you can get past that, then you will be able to open up your mind to the possibility that you have been lied to your entire life.

That is just a repost of someone else trying to prove curvature with false data.

Go outside, use your own tests, use your own equipment, use your own eyes and mind. Stop just believing what we are all spoon fed from the time we are able to learn.

You may be surprised at what you discover.

And the data you yourself have gathered that's going to just blow the lid off this bitch is where exactly?

I want numbers and a graph and pics of water falling off the edge of the world or whatever you dummies think happens

I would just like a real picture or video from space of the Earth.

Every picture of our planet from space has been "created" by a visual artists interpretation of data.

If we can send a human into space, we can send some high def digital cameras to capture the globe earth.

Also, who is the bigger dummy? The person who believes everything he is told, or the person questioning everthing that is told to them?

bro u can see the curvature

Where can you see it?

In the hundreds of CGI photos from NASA?

Maybe in the fish eye lenses used on cameras on high altitude weather balloons that has a curving effect?

How about the bubbled glass in planes which curves the view of the onlooker?

The more important question is can you prove the curvature equation that NASA provides us using real math and real world science?

If your driving record is clean, you can pass a drug screen, and you don't have a felony conviction on you record, most trucking companies will hire you immediately.

There are several big trucking companies that will pay you to train for your CDL license, or at least pay for it up front and allow you to work off some of the cost after you are hired in.

You won't make great money your first couple of years, but it is enough to live on and also save a bit. After you've been with a company for a bit, the pay will exponentially become greater and you can make upwards of around $75-$100k per year.

Driving over the road isn't for everyone though, and it is extremely difficult and lonely at first. Although many companies will allow you to take a spouse, child, or significant partner with you once you have driven with them long enough, usually a year.

Good luck, whatever you decide.

There is a huge truck driver shortage right now.

Go to a trucker school, graduate, and they will help you find employment afterwards.

Most hiring companies will repay most or all of your student loan for learning to drive.

Also, many companies will give you a nice signing bonus when hired in.

Starting pay for entry level truckers ranges from $45-$55k per year. Stick with it, and within 10 years you'll be earning close to $100k a year.

... I'd take it with a grain of salt at this point-- Washington Post is a notorious liberal news source...

They do have a clear bias. But they don't lie. This is a serious issue and they wouldn't report it without pretty good evidence.

I really don't understand how anyone can believe anything at this point. The left is foaming at the mouth, and will use any source, verified or not, just to try to impeach Trump.

Journalism is truly dead at this point.

Learn your history.

This isn't Watergate. Just stop.

Comey should have been fired last year by Obama.

The timing doesn't matter, because according to every single intelligence head, including Clapper and Comey himself, there is no collusion with Russia. And even if there was/is, the investigation is still ongoing, and the firing of Comey doesn't stop that.

Also, whoever it was that leaked out that Comey requested more funding, was either lying, or the news is just making up more bullshit to try and make something negative stick. It never happened, and even the acting FBI director acknowledged this earlier.

Psychologically, that could damage someone even worse than just having to serve their regular sentance.

So have him to talk to a prison psychiatrist. He was given a sentence as a punishment. There are folks that get out early for good behavior, good for them. This guy got out on a technicality, but he hasn't repaid his debt to society. I'd agree that 98 years is extreme, but the judge made the sentence for a reason and the law needs to be respected for the good of society as a whole. One man's life is not as important as that.

It's easy to take a hard stance against something like this, but there is a gray area.

What if this man was truly rehabilitated and reformed, and by locking him back up you have now set him on the path to being irredeemable.

The government totally screwed this up, so if there is a psychological harm done to this man, then that is their direct responsibility.

Should we just let him go again? I don't know. But it can be argued for a type of cruel and unusual punishment at this point, and should at least be legally and societally looked at.

While I agree he should have never been let go in the first place, it could also be argued that by letting him out of prison, even accidentally, and letting him live outside for that long and establishing a normal life, it could be considered cruel and unusual punishment at this point.

Psychologically, that could damage someone even worse than just having to serve their regular sentance.

Actually, there's a similar bit. Trans women need to use a dilator every so often to make sure it doesn't shrink.

However, it's not left in for long periods of time like gauges, and it's not used to stretch the vagina, only maintain its size. Gauge-related infections are often caused by stretching too quickly, poor hygiene, or the material of the gauge irritating the skin.

Really, as long as women clean themselves properly, they're fine. That goes for all women, as natural vaginas are prone to infection as well when mishandled. Hell, sometimes even when not. Did you know antibiotics can cause yeast infections? They mess with the natural bacteria balance down there.

Yeah, but natural Vaginas don't shrink.

Also, anyone defending this type of surgery is almost as mentally screwed up as the ones having it done to themselves.
