Youtube music? Is that comparable to spotify? Huge selection, easy playlist creation and simple library management? If so, I might consider canceling my Spotify subscription for the youtube premium.

I haven't used it enough yet to say how well it works, but it seems very similar overall.

I started my two month trial of YouTube premium and I already like it. My adblocker still works on my PC despite their best efforts... but I never had a blocker on my PS4, which is where I watch like 70% of my YouTube videos.

My phone, too.

Having no ads anywhere, plus access to YouTube Music, is actually pretty appealing now that I'm trying it out. I'll probably pay for it when my trial ends.

It's kind of expensive, but given how much YouTube I watch, it's pretty worth it.

You must have gotten further than me regardless. My only WotLK character is a 73 druid lol. Wrath is when leveling really feels slow, even with the 50% experience buff it takes so long to hit 80

It is definitely a thing. It's just not described the same way that we would describe it.

The problem with this topic is that yes, games back in the day released with cut content and glitches too.

But the good games came out with the knowledge that the final product was the final product and they did their best to make them work right at launch.

Nowadays, games get pushed out with short schedules, and the arrive with terrible bugs and compatibility issues. The prevailing attitude among publishers has become "we can release it broken by the deadline and then fix it with patches"

To be fair, thats not actually the real Snake that Keifer Sutherland portrays, but rather its the wounded combat medic from the ending of Ground Zeroes whos had significant cosmetic surgery as well as his mind wiped and brainwashed into believing that hes Snake so that Ishmael can escape.

There was a box of Gobstoppers on my computer desk when I was making my online handle. I was twelve years old at the time.

I made this gamefaqs account two years after I used it in a game, kept the name, and here I am.

The first King's Field game on PS1. Mind you, my brother and I bought it because we wanted a medieval sword fighting game, and we got it in the early 2000s from a GameStop based on the promising box art and summary on the back.

For its time it might have been cool, but playing it years after release sure did highlight how incredibly dated it was. NPCs didn't have faces, everything moved super slow, the controls sucked, etc...

We ended up throwing the disc into the Lake of the Ozarks. We hurled it like a discus from the fifth floor balcony of our resort the next time we were on vacation there.

I wanna watch this series again. Just gotta talk my girlfriend into it and we're golden.

I love a good Naruto reference.

"Creepypasta story time" was never the right way to share their stories. All four of them were the same: "She was super beautiful but something bad happened and she killlled peoplleeee"

The only way to make them better was to completely revamp their stories and deliver them organically throughout the game. Maybe it would have been better if they didn't even explain the B&B origins. Giving them backstories and delivering the information via Drebin Books on Tape just wasn't the right call.
