My biggest concern is cost and ease. My budget is awfully tight and the family pack of chicken legs I bought the other day was less than $1.50/lb and will be impossibly easy to cook (apply seasoning, put in air fryer, press button), and will supply many meals. I suppose when I inevitably go vegan Im going to have to learn some cooking skills in the process.

However it would stretch my budget very thin, and I would be miserable.

I dont do like veggie burgers or crumbles or whatnot to replace real meatif Im eating meatless I dont want to replace the meat with something thats pretending to be meat, I want to eat something thats good on its own, you know?

To each their own. I find the All Natural varieties unpleasant, the way the oil separates just... naw. Then there's always one person in the house who doesn't stir it before using so then you get extra oily peanut butter. Made even worse by the time the wife bought "all natural" in one of those squeezy bag things that you store upside down and the palm oil went and fuckin jizzed down my arm when i moved it.

I feel like there would be a market for it. I bought peanut butter crackers for my son, but he just eats the peanut butter and leaves the crackers. So the alternative is to just give him a bowl of peanut butter lol.
