The only difference is time. Therefore a fertilized zygote should be treated with the same respect and dignity as a human being. EDIT: My wording "it doesn't grow into a person in 9 months" was to differentiate a tumor and a fertilized zygote, not claim that the fertilized zygote was nonhuman. For raccoons they are afraid of humans so their danger wouldn't be as bad as say a grizzly bear. If raccoon went 5x size its height would be comparable to a gorilla.
