This only happens to me when I have a fever or fever-like symptoms. I'll wake up from a dream, go back to sleep, and find myself having the same dream again. What's even worse is when I realize I'm having the same dream again and wake up because of it.

I'm feeling kinda feverish after getting my second dose of the COVID vaccine. The first dose pretty much knocked me out. I felt like I'd been on sleeping tablets the whole day. This time, I just feel like I've taken a half-tablet. Still, repeated dreams are a bit annoying.

It's pretty much case by case.

If the book mentions in passing that a character has a mustache, don't get mad that he doesn't have one in the movie. If characters repeatedly reference the mustache, then you have a right to be upset about a cleanshaven actor stepping into the role. They're leaving out the character's signature trait.

Some changes are always going to take place. They need to streamline the story, they need inclusive casting, they need to cut the number of characters from 12 to 9. It's going to happen. The book can't be placed on a pedestal for which every inconsistency is an act of blasphemy. But some changes are more disruptive than others. If you turn a good guy into a villain, completely invert a character's personality or motivation, throw away good ideas because you're the great artist and you know better than the author, etc., that's the kinda stuff which warrants raised eyebrows. Even then, there are exceptions for which it works to the story's betterment.

It was wrong of Hogan to refuse the series with Shawn and it was wrong of Shawn to oversell to such a comical degree. But, to be fair, it made the match a lot more entertaining than it otherwise would've been.

I think the freefall came because

• Austin turned heel and Rock went to Hollywood, leaving the company without a top babyface superstar

The Trish dog barking incident was a few weeks before WrestleMania. So was the purchase of WCW. Everything kinda hit the fan all at once.

I own few random books from this guy that I got in a scifi mystery grab bag years back. I've never read any of them. I know what you mean about the covers though lol

I think somebody must've passed away. The book store suddenly had a ton of Tarzan and Conan the Barbarian books. This was probably somebody's dad or uncle.

Next time, if those Conan books are still there, I may grab a couple.

I feel like the artwork is part of the reason I purchased these books. The somewhat sexually suggestive artwork.

I just purchased a collection of Edgar Rice Burroughs paperback books. It smells musty, almost mildew-y. It had me worried for a moment. The books appear to be unread. There's no wear or tear in the pages.

The original price of each book was 75 cents. Books such as Back to the Stone Age, At the Earth's Core, and Naked Man Stabs Alligator. Frank Frazetta artwork on the covers, by the way. Dude was all about equality. One cover has a woman's bare ass. The next one has a man's bare ass. You can't be any fairer than that.

I think the barbarian dude may have a nicer ass than the semi-nude Native American woman. I'm not sure if I could post the covers on GameFAQs or not. So, I guess this is one time where CE may have to user their imagination. (Sorry.)

I am legitimately interested in reading these books, but a small part of me feels as though this is the equivalent of purchasing an anime figurine. <_<
