This is a really good idea and I have thought about that often. Being alone with your thoughts while suffering from anxiety is horrible.
Phantasy Star Online ep 3 is apparently good for this. Though my TV is kinda awkward from my bed so it wouldn't work well for me. I could get a handheld one.

For me if it gets really bad I'll put a CD on and just lie down, headphones in.

Fun times.

I've tried the big open world MMOs and eventually I just get bored with them. I guess I don't have the patience.
Phantasy Star, God Eater, Monster Hunter etc. are my jam, with the former being the best IMO.
