Nuking NK wouldn't lead us into WWIII since the international community doesn't really care about NK anyway. While they're somewhat allied with Russia and China, neither nation is going to step up to retaliate.

I don't think it's as bad as what happened to Terminator with the release of Terminator 3. James Cameron is getting that franchise back so I hope his Terminator movie fixes everything, maybe disregard everything after Terminator 2.
Alien franchise was pissed on pretty bad with Alien 3. At least Prometheus was enjoyable. Haven't seen Covenant yet and only started Alien Isolation (Which is canon in the Alien universe).
I do love the alien monster as a character. Alien Xenomorph and Godzilla would be my all-time favorite movie monsters.
TC you need to play Alien Isolation if you haven't already, even if you didn't like the recent films.

It was only released in the West in recent years.
Same with the Japanese version of Godzilla 2000. I just watched it now. It was awesome and I didn't have to hear the awful english actors. Godzilla was badass in this movie.

Suffering from anxiety can be really fucking painful, I feel your pain. It can take years to get over, and the worst is when you're trying to fall asleep and also waking up in the morning.
Before going to sleep turn on a TV show or music and set sleep mode on your electronics. I find this has helped me.
And I'll recommend Cowboy Bebop and Samurai Champloo. Those shows are a godsend, xD

08th MS team is probably my favorite Gundam series. Great soundtrack, characters (Love story) and suspense.
MS Igloo is getting a North American release this month. From a quick wiki I was reminded of 08th MS team in that it takes place in a subplot of the One Year War.

Alright, about ready to watch soon. From my gathering of this thread, it seems it should go like this:
Alien - Theatrical
Aliens - Theatrical
Alien 3- Theatrical
Resurrection - Director's Cut.
Then the other versions will wait for another time.

Zangulus I bought the Anthology collection that was printed this year. There are digital codes for all the movies and 2 extra discs of special features.
I know it was technically released in 2017 but it might just be an older release reprint with digital codes that will take longer to expire.

Hmmm, even if there is extra fluff, I guess it wouldn't hurt to start with Director's Cut of both films.
Not sure if Alien 3 and Resurrection have Directors cut too, but if they do maybe I'll do the same for those films as well.

I'm 26 years old and grew up with the more effects-savvy scifi, mostly anime. The first sci-fi I really remember are Bubblegum Crisis: Tokyo 2040 and Gundam Wing, so, for that reason I'm leaning towards starting with the Director's Cut, but I'm not 100% sure.

I remember flash videos/animations. I would stick to animations since my PC was such a piece of junk that could barely run Windows 98/XP.
Flashplayer.com was what the website was called back then. Would regularly check to see what was new/most popular. 8-bit theater, Super Mario Bros. Z, good times.
