yeah that's a good habit, also your teeth will thank you as they will exist later in life.

i used to hate that my parents would make me drink water and never buy pop when i was a kid but now i'm pretty thankful they never got me into that habit in the first place.

It was just so tasty. >_>

If that's the only thing you would drink to refresh yourself you saved a ton of calories with that change. Good job. Getting healthier can be addicting when you see the results.

Yeah, I was drinking way too much of that stuff, including energy drinks too. I've cut down my caffeine intake to one single drink a day as well. (A squirt of a MiO energy, it's about 50-60Mg of caffeine I don't even feel the withdrawal if I miss a day. >_>)
