Well it seems that atleast one mod is still protecting PepperoniMaster as my topic has been deleted.

Still happy that we got 47 people saying this dude needs to go.

I am betting the person who marked the topic was either the mod looking out for him, or PepperoniMaster himself marked it.

Just because a user is posting offensive things doesn't mean you get to then break the rules yourself to insult the user. Sorry but that's just the way it goes.

Just mark the user and we will harshly take action on people posting offensive content.

They could have used your use of grammar as the reason if they really wanted to mod you./s The point is that if they have to follow a standard or else people like Pepperoni would get away with even more than he actually does. This standard allows you to use gamefaqs as your platform for depising any alleged loli lover so long as you do it within reason. This same platform allows alleged loli lovers to post questionable pics of anime girls, as long as they do it within reason. The same cloak protects the both of you, don't you see? By getting rid of it, it would only make things harsher for other posters because the result would be a blanket ruling that treated us all the same, and probably harshly.

Aren't they suppose to, like, report him to the authorities or something? I heard admins were suppose to do that when someone continues to make questionable posts relating to stuff like pedophile/hebephile, etc.

He was part of a topic where they were sharing around images and videos of a 15 year old YouTuber. It doesn't get much more damning than that.

You do have a good point, and I do see what you mean, the system they use could be much worse though I think harsh rules like you talk about would just kill the site or atleast drive away most people.

There are users of CE that screenshot just about EVERYTHING. If you really wanted to, you could get the evidence needed to at least persue an investigation, all you have to do is make a topic and ask.

Living in another country is fine, just start with your local authorities and let THEM forward everything to American authorities (FBI probably)

Just KNOW that just like on GAMEFAQS, once you alert the authorities, your part in this investigation is DONE. Which means carrying on about this after we've already attempted to alert authorities will be a lost cause.

Still, it's better than sitting here and doing nothing but complaining about it (and blaming people that have their hands tied)

If you honestly feel this strongly that he needs to be taken care of, I suggest you lead the way and set a precedent that we don't accept loli lovers or pedo lovers on gamefaqs and we will persue legal action (against alleged offendors) if you reveal yourself on the message boards.
