Map diversity is one of the things that makes HOTS better than DOTA and LoL

HotS was a moba made for people who don't like any of the aspects that make mobas competitive and just wanna play top-down smash bros on as many shallow maps as possible

naturally it died a twisted and sudden death because those people suck

it's a pretty casual game so you get a lot of normal people with jobs and decent levels of attractiveness vs something like LoL or WoW where it's a nerdier crowd and so even the girls are kinda off

on what planet is the snes better at jrpgs than the ps2
ps2 had legitimately 5-10x more of them
just admit you really really like chrono trigger or earthbound

ps2 for sure, way more variety and it was a sweet-spot for game budgets/scopes
