I'm 37, and I'm pretty sure I will never have kids. My tolerance for children has only gotten worse over the years as well. Last time I was around kids was my cousin's children back during Thanksgiving, and even then I could only be around them for 15-20 minutes at a time before I had to find a quiet place to decompress.

So yea, pretty sure that isn't going to change before I get to be too old to actually raise kids.

While probably my least favorite to actually play through, the Wrecked Ship probably has the best esthetic of any Metroid area period. Just the fact that not only is it so creapy, but the level doesn't even start until you beat the boss of it is pretty cool.

As someone who has played it on Steam, it runs like crap. Granted, I was trying to run it at 4K, but considering I have a GTX 1080 ti, it should easily run a game almost 6 years old at this point (well, the PC port is 6 years old, the game is older). Yet somehow it still struggled to run the game at 30FPS no matter what limited options I tweaked.

And don't even get me started on the problems with the ports of 13-2 and Lightning Returns.

IDK, maybe they were spending all their resources on all the other remakes and remasters (including releasing every mainline entry except 1 and 2 on PC). They will probably do something with it on the PS5, since the PC versions of the XIII trilogy are a thing (even if you have to convert XIII-2 to a 64-bit executable so it doesn't crash all the time).

When I was a kid (and drank pretty much nothing but orange juice), I preferred no pulp. As an adult, I tend to prefer the amount of pulp you end up with from fresh squeezed, which is to say some (yes, fresh squeezed has less pulp then from concentrate).

Does that factor in game budgets as well? Some games have budgets that rival Hollywood movies.

That said, I tend to prefer middle-market games (not quite indy games, but ones with very limited budgets for whatever reason), where the developers use what they have in interesting ways. Innovation usually grows through trying to make things work with limited resources vs. having millions of dollars to just throw at a team.

I think the only problem with Zelda 2 is just the fact it uses a lives system vs. a checkpoint one, and that there is no map system whatsoever. Both of which the other Zelda games have. Of course, fix those things and the game isn't nearly as difficult as it is, and if they make a remake those are probably the first 2 things to be addressed.

I'm not all that surprised, Bethesda and ID are pretty much PC companies that produce console ports, and both of them were instrumental in making the original XBox a success (having Morrowind and Doom 3 as console exclusives on it). Oblivion was even a timed exclusive when it first came out.

At this point though, unless it is made by Nintendo I think exclusives are pretty much a thing of the past, so I wouldn't worry too much about that.

No. Condoms are not reusable. Also, they should be changed after 30 minutes of sex because friction can weaken the condom and make it more likely to split.

I liked the first saga of GT, it felt like a return back to the original Dragonball. The later ones just felt like another Z story.

Can't comment on Super, I stopped being interested in Anime before that came out. From what I have heard though I probably wouldn't like it even if I was interested in Anime again.

A lot of justices tend to be big names when they are being nominated and kind of fall into the background once they are on the bench. She wasn't one of them however, in fact she was probably the most well known justice while serving outside of maybe Scalia when he was on the bench.

Try cleaning the charging port out with a wooden toothpick (wooden because it doesn't conduct electricity). Even if it looks clean you would be surprised how much stuff gets stuck in there. Just be gentle so that the pick doesn't break off in the port, because then you have a whole new problem to deal with.

I tend to go for quantity. In other words right now the one I have the most in is Yakuza 0 at 184.7 hours, but I have 15 games over 100 hours.

The game I could see surpassing Yakuza 0 is Empyrion, as I have 178.8 hours on it. However we are currently "on-hold" from playing it due to a bug we want the developer to fix.

Path of Exile could also be a contender, but I just started playing that one (only 24.9 hours as of now)

I was like 6 or 7, and my parents had an Atari 800XL, and a book of BASIC games. I was into games and didn't have an issue spending and hour or two copying the game code from the book into the computer. Once the game was in and I played it for a bit, I found I had more fun manipulating the code and seeing what it did to the game afterwords then actually playing it.

It basically snowballed from there.

I work from home and pretty much only go out to get groceries or things to keep me sane at home (Comics, home improvement items, visiting with family and friends who also work from home, etc.) I have only filled the gas tank on my car 3 times since March, lol!

Looks like this will continue until March, since that is when my workplace has said they are staying closed until at the earliest. My guess is since it is a small company and this work from home things has worked out so well for them, it might be permanent, or at the very least a situation where they only have us in the office twice a week once everything is back to normal.

The way I describe XIII is take the worst parts of FFX, make them even worse then they were in FFX, start the story in the middle with only flashbacks to give the player any sense of what is going on, and put in an auto-battle system that will always give you the best possible chance of winning with the exception of half a dozen bosses. Then you have made FFXIII.

I have a couple of older consoles hooked up to it, mostly so I don't have to buy a bunch of converters/upscalers (which honestly make the consoles look horrible on a HDTV). I remember I bought my CRT in 2004, and I think it was the last one that Circuit City had, all the rest were flat screens. I even got it dirt cheap because they were about to toss it.

Horrible, I think I was ranked 320th in my graduating class out of 350 students. I honestly didn't take school seriously till college (and I BARELY got into community college, I actually had to take an entrance exam before they would let me attend).

I mean I know the circumstances behind it being unfinished and I have read/seen the third chapter, but it just feels like they wrote themselves into a corner with tying Liquid Snake in with the plot when if they had just left him out entirely it would have felt a lot more complete.

But on topic, yea, that mission is insane, although I remember building my character up with so much stuff that by that point I probably only died once or twice playing it.

Canned meat is disgusting. Tastes pretty much 100% like can and nothing like actual meat. Fruits and vegetables are not great canned either, but I won't completely turn them down like I would canned meat. About the only thing that I don't mind canned is pie filling, but that is probably because there is so much sugar and spices in it that it completely covers up that can taste.

Canada doesn't have an education system. Education is almost exclusively the jurisdiction of the provinces. Education quality varies between provinces considerably, with Alberta ranking the highest not only in Canada, but in the entire western hemisphere.

If that is the case then neither does America, the standards are typically state wide (and even then, it is only the standardized tests, the actual curriculum is largely decided on the local level). About the only thing that is a national test is the SAT/ACT, and that is largely run by the colleges.

It is not even like I would have to do a lot of training for it, I actually am fully certified in Apache Spark, and have experience in Streaming technologies (basically the next generation of Big Data). Problem is there are no jobs in this field in my area, I would have to move to a larger city like New York or San Fransico (or more specifically Silicon Valley). Which since all of my family is here and I am Power of Attorney for my mother, that is not happening. Plus with the differences in cost of living I would be worse off financially if I worked in those areas, even though my salary would essentially double.

Playing Diablo II, was doing a hardcore raid with some guys and one of the party members turns on PvP (back when you could do that at literally any time) and whirlwinds through my lvl 50 Necromancer, killing him almost instantly.

Pretty much never played Diablo on hardcore after that.
