I met Ryan and I can say without a doubt, he is the biggest piece of shit on Youtube I have ever met. And I don't typically talk bad about Youtubers (mostly because the ones I have met have been cool people), but he is pretty much the worst. Even other content creators refuse to associate with him.

Well, most people just give him shit for being fat and greasy or whatever, not for being an asshole. Do you have a story about what happened when you met him? Like what specifically made you think he's a piece of shit?

So basically it started that I was at ConBravo in Hamilton Canada, and he was there (not advertised, just there as a regular convention goer). I went to a panel on creating a Youtube channel (I was semi-interested at the time, not anymore). He went as well, and basically spent the whole time criticizing everything the presenter was telling us and saying things like "We do it like this at Cinemassicare, and it works for us! " After the panel he was telling everyone that he only went there to see if the people knew what they were talking about. Then when I went to talk to a few other Youtubers (Pat Contri and AlphaOmegaSin plus some others), they all pretty much told me that James and Mike are pretty cool, but that Ryan is annoying and didn't really have a good thing to say about him.

I still don't even know why he was there, this was only like a few months after he started showing up in Cinemassicare videos and James and Mike didn't even go to the convention.

And Ryan, fucking Ryan. He gets a lot of unfair and mean-spirited hate, but even I have to say that any time I see he's in a video it's an instant non-watch for me, and it doesn't feel right seeing a lot more of him about the same time that Bootsy "quit".

Screw the fighter, his gear is too expensive to bother grinding for. Monk goes naked until you get a ribbon, the thief can be pretty much equipped with found gear, and then the mages just get the spells as needed.

At least in terms of efficiency that's the way I go.

Fighters are good attack sponges. Any attack against a fighter is basically wasted for that round unless you are fighting something well outside of your abilities (Or you get magic attacked).

For FF1, pretty much the party that Pro Jared is using works except swap the Thief for a Black Belt. Black Belt doesn't need a weapon after like 8th level because he hits so many times and does so much damage with his fists. His armor isn't any better then a mage though.

If you have the Origins version of FF1, I assume you have the Origins version of FF2? That is the one you want to play, the Famicom one is not as good.

The problem is, for many sites, ads are literally their only form of income. Consider Youtube, for instance - you get a shit-tonne of content and you don't have to pay a dime. The only way that the creators get any money at all from their videos is via ad revenue (ignoring merchandising and sponsorship deals, which are really only a major option for channels that are already extremely successful) and the main way Youtube gets compensated for the significant expenditures to host that many videos is ads (though, in their case, they also get some money from selling information about you and your viewing habits).

Counterpoint: Patreon.

I know most people say "Why would you pay for free content?" but honestly if you like content creators then you should consider it. $1 a month is not a lot, and a lot of content creators have said that if even 10% of their viewers contribute to their Patreon, then they would make more money then they would from ad revenue if everyone wasn't using an ad blocker. And if we are talking about Youtube making money (which they don't, Google operates Youtube at a loss) then just have the content creators with a successful Patreon pay some money to host their content on Youtube.

Personally, I would rather pay for the content I am getting then sit though a 30 second ad every 10-15 minutes of video I watch.

How are the controls? Because I would imagine that translating a PC strategy game to a SNES controller would not be good (which is what I was actually referring to). I have it on Genesis, but haven't really played it yet.

It is actually not too bad from what I remember. I owned it as a kid and I didn't play the DOS version until a couple years ago. They basically had you do everything you could do with the DOS version, just mapping the mouse to a d-pad. I don't remember off hand but I think it did have SNES mouse support as well.

Way better port then other strategy games like Starcraft or Sim City 2000.

Either XIII-2 or Skyward Sword. Neither game I could stand playing for more then 30 minutes. XIII-2 I couldn't even bring myself to complete the demo.

I guess I will say Skyward Sword.

I like the taste of apples, but they are kind of annoying to eat and get stuck in your teeth.

Mostly why I prefer apple cider to just pure apples (not apple juice, since they add a lot of sugar to that).

My answer is probably raspberries. Back at my childhood house we had a raspberry bush and there is nothing quite like eating a raspberry right off the bush. Yea, you could say the same for apples, but compared to fresh raspberries they don't compare.

Issac and Mighty No 9. Mighty No 9 might be boring, but at least it has some interaction unlike Final Fantasy XIII. Never played Skylanders, and I love Issac so I could easily spend 6 - 8 hours playing that (assuming that counts as "half of a day").

Longest commute I have had is 45 minutes each way. My current one is only like 20 minutes (30 if traffic is bad). However, I do a lot of vacations as road trips since I hate flying. When I do that, I usually put on an audio book since listening to music can get kind of repetitive. Still, if you need something to stay awake nothing beets a good metal album.

A six pack lasts me 2 weeks. Usually I only have a beer on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Once in a while I will go to a happy hour or a friends house and have a couple, and pretty much anytime I visit my family I always have a few beers.

I never liked getting drunk, last time I did was when my friend go a job and we were celebrating. After that I basically said I would never do it again and it has been about 9 years since. Being buzzed though is pretty nice.

It's amazing how people forget this simple fact.

Also ignoring that if it weren't for DK, Nintendofaqs wouldn't even be a thing because Nintendo would essentially have been no bigger in the video game market then Mattel or Coleco.

The HoF is about impact, not necessarily a game being good.

Polls on this website aren't about impact, just pure popularity.

Well then you should probably find a site that caters to your needs then.

Pretty much anyone that came from SNL since about 96.

Will Farrell, Jimmy Fallon, Tina Fey, Amy Poller, etc.

I always thought the comedians from MadTV were a lot funnier.

Pepper spray in the eyes stops an attacking pitbull pretty quickly, safe to use as well since the most it is going to do is blind your dog for a few minutes.

Knife to the eyes I guess would work, but you have the risk of stabbing your dog as well.
