Why didn't anyone me else have a gun and protect themselves like many of you claim? Were they not allowed? What about the hotel he was shooting from? No one had guns either? I don't understand it. Either we need to assign everyone a fire arm, which sounds absurdly stupid, or just ban them in general. How many innocent lives does it take? How often do others defend themselves with guns against guns? Name me a time outside the Anthem where it's offensive to kneel. If a football player never kneeled at all to protest police brutality to American Americans in this country, would kneeling for the anthem he offensive at all? Most likely not. It's a narrative being pushed as a distraction from what the real issue was when he took that knee. It doesn't matter if you believe in that or not. That is still true. When we were being to taught about praying we are praying standing up, sitting down and kneeling. None of those actions were a disrespect to God or Jesus. So now you are telling me that kneeling/sitting for the National Anthem is disrespectful to the country when kneeling or sitting to pray to God is honoring him? Especially when the majority of the country, especially the complainers, worship God and Jesus. I don't understand how that makes sense. Clearly God is of greater importance to them compared to the United States. Also... kneeling isn't even a big deal. It's a non violent protest to a message that has been forever lost to the citizens because it became about disrespecting the flag instead of the actual message. How are people so forgiving about other things such as a recovering drug addict, a prior hooker or stripper, thief, etc. but despise people doing a non violent protest that's perfectly within their rights in the country to do so?
