Next bullet is automatically cycled into the chamber and the gun is readied. (All non-revolver handguns fall into this category.) Bolt Action - You must manually cycle the bolt, this cycles and readies the gun for another shot. Automatic and Burst fire are illegal in the USA. Also of note; The AR-15 is a small game hunting rifle. The popularity of it is due to its modular design, allowing for easy customization of various features, most of which do not affect the function of the weapon. Right. Thanks. This helps.
